"Did she know about this?" I asked as I took the paper on hers.
"Of course, she knows and I even told her about your condition," I tightened my jaw at what she said.
How dare she is to tell my wife about it!
"Why did you tell her? Did you even know how hard I tried to hide it from her then there you are, easy talk?" I tried not to roll my eyes.
"Just like how your father did to me years ago? I won't let you hide your secrets from your wife, Kale. Just like what I told you earlier I don't want to bring back the past in the present."
"How desperate are you to expect us as that your past will bring back?"
"I don't know, just be a husband to your wife-,"
"How could I be one if she wasn't even here with me?" I cut her words with that.
"Fine! I'll tell you. Hindi ko kayang makita ang anak ko na may minahal na iba at hindi ikaw, and I also don't want you to love someone else aside from her, call me selfish basta ayoko."
Natawa ako sa sagot niya. The way how she talks really reminds me of Saive. Why am I even comparing both of them?
At the end of the day, I found myself smiling. I still couldn't believe that she was finally mine. 3 days ago she confessed and now she's my wife.
Nakangiti lang ako hanggang sa nakarating ako sa bahay ni Clint para sa plano naming pagpunta sa palawan.
"Congratulations," agad niyang bungad sa'kin sabay tapik sa balikat.
"So you know that we're married?" Then he chuckled. "Of course, brother-in-law, I know everything kahit hindi nila ipaalam sa'kin alam ko na agad. I have ways," I tried so hard not to roll my eyes at him and we both ended up laughing.
"So...any idea where she at?" He immediately asked as he poured a drink into my glass.
"She's in Balesin," I replied and sighed as soon as I got my drink in my hands and drank my shot.
"How on earth you track her? Nikolas jammed the computers and I'm impressed you still got the chance to track her," he shrugged as we cheered our drink.
"I know she was with your brother Niko, and I checked my wife's bank transactions and I saw a suspicious purchase," I said and drank another shot.
"Wife huh? Well, what kind of?" He asks as he craves gossip.
"She bought a land...I mean the whole island of Balesin," he spurted out his drink on my face which makes me irritated.
"Fuck you," I rolled my eyes and angrily wipe the mess on my face, and took off everything I wore on top.
"She bought a fucking land for what?"
"You deserve not to know the truth let's just plan out everything to capture my wife, but first thing first we gotta kill,"
I don't want this mission to be a slow operation. I want it fast because I want to marry my wife again. I want her to walk down the aisle.
"Ate?" I was about to say something again but then my older sister suddenly showed up with no bra. She was only wearing silk sleeveless and shorts and she even looks comfortable in them.
What the hell is she doing in here? Hindi naman required magsama ang partness per mission and why is that they're together?
This must be a nightmare for our parents.
Clint looks shocked as well when my sister appeared but she doesn't seem to care.
"It's not what you think," he denied too early.
