"Nikolas is at risk now Kale, he's still my brother and trying to do everything for Chloe! You will still see her but first thing first we have to save him! He has everything that Saive's own and you have to remember everything she said in that video," my brother-in-law tried to stop me from getting in while my wife is being operated on.

They won't let me see her for god sake! I just want to see her and hug her or maybe talk to her while she's asleep. Now I am more scared that she won't remember me when she wakes up.

"Please give me a minute with my wife," I didn't listen to their response anymore and immediately opened the door and locked it.

I closed my eyes forcibly and counted one to five before opening them. My wife's head is already covered with cloth and she has a lot of hoses including dextrose.

I slowly walk coming to her bed. A smile appeared on my face and a tear of joy like I just have achieved something because she is my dream.

The first thing I did the moment I was finally in front of her this close is her hand. It was cold and she looks even paler than she was. I kneeled as I held his hands and planted a kiss on them.

I never let go of them on my face. I stilled hers on mine until I finally kneeled back and sat on the edge side of the bed while I'm still holding into her.

"What did they do to you, my love?" I said as touched her face and caressed it. "You don't deserve this," I let out a deep sigh and looked at her tummy.

"Don't worry my baby your Mama will be fine," I said as if they were listening to me.

"I wish you were awake now but at the same time I'm scared," I sadly said and drew out a deep breath when someone knocked on the door and had the guts to open it.

"We're leaving now Kale, wala na tayong oras. Don't worry too much about your wife, Abuela already sent the whole military to guard her." My brother-in-law said and I just replied with nothing but a nod.

I kissed her hands again and planted a kiss on her forehead since I couldn't kiss her lips because of the tube and hoses.

"Whoever the fuck did this I will fucking cut them into pieces and served them as food to their family," I said as I look at the evidence that was left on the island.

I requested my mother-in-law to bring her back to Palawan because she was safer there than here. I also asked my father to prepare our home in both households.

"It's one of her Abuela's friends," Ethan look at me as if he knows something big again.

"Looks like our Abuelas were friends with her," and that didn't surprise me.

"They're betting their grandchildren to their shitty games," he added.

"We can't beat them but we can give them trouble," I replied.

Well if they had the power to control us why not we control our troubles? Do they really think were some kind of toys to play with?

Did they bet our parents too before? Did they cause the chaos? Are they really obsessed with chaos? Did they ever feel guilty?

"Let's change your wife's identity," a smirk was formed on my face. "We're thinking the same thing, my friend," I said as I took my laptop and opened it.

"We need to swap her identity with Luna, we don't need to worry about her because she also changed her name and now she's a Meyerson again," Ethan said as I focused on my laptop to check every single detail before changing everything.
