Y/n's pov-

I was getting ready for my date with my girlfriend, who I have been dating for 6 months.

As I was about to start doing my hair, my phone started to ring out of no where making me physically jump in my seat.

I quickly answered without looking at who was actually calling me.

"Hello?"

"Y/n, darling I need you to go look after your siblings- your mom has had a heart attack and we are in the ambulance there and sally from next door is looking after them until you get there but she has work at 6." My step mom said into the phone making me jump up and grab my handbag.

"Okay, I'm leaving now. Call me if anything happens." I told her, leaving my apartment not caring that I was dressed for going to a fancy restaurant.

"I will, I love you and I'll call you later." She sighed through the phone before I heard her saying sweet nothings to my mom.

"Love you too and tell mom i love her. Bye." I hung up as I got in my car.

I quickly sent Jenna a message telling her I had to cancel our date and why.

She has never met my family, she was actually meant to meet my moms tomorrow but I guess that's been delayed.

I walked into my parents house, thanking sally for looking after my siblings and taking my crying baby sister from her arms.

My mom had me when she was only 14 and she raised me all on her own, when she was 25 she met my step mom.

They got married a year later and had my brother Jacob who is now nine and then they had the twins, Bella and paisley who are 5 and my baby sister Freya who is only 10 months old.

"Shh Freya, it's okay sweetheart." I whispered as I bounced her up and down. "Your favorite big sister is here."

"Hey!" The twins exclaimed as they ran into the hallway.

"Is mommy okay?"Jacob asked as he followed after the twins.

"Mom is okay, she's at the hospital with momma and they have seen a doctor. Momma is going to message me when there is more news but don't you worry everything is going to be okay."

He nodded but gave me a tight hug, he's going through a phase where he doesn't like hugs so I know he's really worried and needing comfort.

"Why don't you and the girls go find a movie and I'll put Freya down for a nap and order pizza and we can cuddle and watch tv. How does that sound?"

"Yeah, sounds good." He replied before taking the twins onto the living room.

I walked upstairs to Freya's nursery, she was almost fast asleep so I rocked her side to side after a few minutes she was fast asleep in her cot.

I left the room quietly,making sure to grab the baby monitor on my way out.

I was about to call for pizza when Jenna's number popped up on my screen.

"Hey baby, is everything okay?" I heard her voice through the phone.

"Yeah, I just got Freya to sleep and I'm gonna order me and the older kids some pizza."

"Just send me the address and I'll bring you guys some." She replied making me shake my head but I quickly realised that she couldn't actually see me.

"You don't have to, I'm going to be here until probably tomorrow."
