I was getting ready for my first day on my new job as an assistant.
I used to work for another company but I was now being transferred to the jauregui- cabello industries as their assistant.
I threw on a black long sleeve turtle neck and a light grey pencil skirt, I put tights on underneath as it was the middle of winter and quite cold.

Taking a deep breath, I grabbed my keys and started my walk to the bus stop.

I entered the huge building that looked like it was 20 stories maybe a little less or a little more.
I walked up to the main desk and smiled at the old woman.
"Y/n y/L/n, it's my first day." I told her and she typed my name into the computer before smiling at me and grabbing something from under the desk.
"This is your Id, you'll need it to work the elevators, your laptop, your desk will have a computer but this is for if to have work to do traveling or need to finish something at home and your work phone that has both jauregui-camellia numbers so they can contact you and anyone wanting to schedule a meeting with the bosses will call you." She smiled as she passed me the things with a piece of paper on top that had my name on and a number. "That is the floor you need to go to, it only has three offices and a seating area."
"Thank you!" I smile and I was about ti leave but she stopped me.
"You will always need to use your id even if someone offers to use theirs and press the button as only yours and the bosses ids can go to that floor." She stated before looking back at her computer. "Have a good first day my dear. "
"Thank you, have a good day too."

"Honey, mrs peters says that the new assistant is on her way up." I told my wife as we were sat in the lounge waiting for her.
This floor is one of the largest in the building, it has three offices, mine, my wife's and our assistant's along with a lounge and a small kitchen and bathroom.
"Well, I put the plank with her name on on her door and the files that we need her to look through along with our schedule for the week." Cami said as she stood up and fixed her shirt.
