Description: when temperance's brother left her he took their little sister who was only 9 at the time with him. Bones always blamed russ for taking her sister and when she's back in contact with him and finds out that her sister had been working in the same building as booth for 3 years under a different name but they both didn't know. A year later y/n is close to her sister and is dating Angela but no one knows, yet.

Y/n's pov-

I was in work, looking over a case file when I bumped into someone.

I looked up and apologised, stopping for a moment when I saw she looked like my mother and   Older version of my sister but of course it was just a coincidence.

Taking a deep breath, I smile and carry on walking, hearing agent Booth say my name, well the name I have went by since Russ and me had a fight and I wanted nothing to do with him, I mean who lies to their little sister saying her parents and sister were dead but really our parents abandoned us and my brother abandoned my sister and made me leave my whole life behind.

Grace Paterson is the name I chose but my real name is y/n y/m/n Brennan.

"Y/n/n?" I froze hearing my brother say my name.

"Russ what are you doing here?" I sighed and stepped back.

"They found mom, she's dead, she died years ago I mean but they found her body."

"Russ, stop talking to agent Paterson and let's find out what happened to mom so you can leave." The woman from before said making me look at her then Russ.

Mom? I'm so confused right now.

"Paterson, so you went through with it, you really changed your name because I took you away with me?"

"You took me away from my sister! You left her alone and then lied to me about our parents! Grace Paterson was the only way I could hide from you!" I sighed and turned around. "Bye Russ."

"Grace or should I of said Y/n?" Booth asked as he sat next to me.

"Is that woman Russ said is dead really my mother or is he just being a dick?" I asked as I wiped away my tears not needing my co-worker to see me cry.

"Yeah, it is. Bones identified it. I'm so sorry."

"Bones?" I asked as I looked at him, who the hell is bones and why does this person know who my mother is. "Who is bones?"

"I am, um booth can you leave me alone with Y/n?" Bones said as she sat next to me and Booth left. "Please say you recognise me at least a little."

I looked at her for a moment before looking down at my hands.

"Yeah, Tempe. My big sister." I sighed feeling myself cry again.

"Y/n/n, Russ told me you ran away when you were sixteen looking for me."

"Yup, found nothing so I put myself through school dropped out then joined the military as Grace Paterson then when I was discharged for almost dying twice I went back to college and now I'm a FBI agent."

"I'm a famous writer, did you just give up because if you didn't you would of found me two years ago."

"Yeah, I did! You can't blame me when I didn't find you after 4 months, I gave up because I was scared if I really did find you, you would let me down like everybody else in my life." I sighed refusing to make eye contact with her.

"I know how you feel. I looked for you everyday since you were 18 knowing you would be at college and away from Russ."

"Well when I was 18 I was in my last year of military training." I laughed and turned to her.

"I want to get to know my little sister, I work at the Jeffersonian and I am Agent booths partner, he talks very highly of you."

"Of course he does, he trained me."

It's been over a year since that day, Russ ran off with dad, I got way closer to bones and all her team.

"Now is it not my favorite Artist?" I smiled and hugged Angela when I walked into her office.

"Is it not my Favorite FBI agent." She smiled and kissed me gently. "What are you doing here?"

We separated and I got comfortable on her couch while she carried on working.

"Well this amazing girlfriend convinced me to take a month off and go on holiday with her but I finished yesterday and she doesn't finish until tomorrow so I'm alone today and my sister invited me for lunch and I never say no to free food."

"Ah free food." She nodded knowing if there was food I would be there and if it was free food I would even leave sex for it and I love sex especially with her.

"So how was your morning off?" She asked as she grabbed a sketch book and sat down beside me.

"Alright, would of been better if I didn't wake up to an empty bed without you."

"Sorry, got called in and I didn't wanna wake you."

"So when do you get off?" I asked as I moved so I was cuddled against her while she drew.

"Either at 9 or when the case finishes." She smiled and started to play with my hair with her free hand. "I was thinking, when we get back from Paris that you move in with me."

"You want me to move in with you?"

"I mean, we are always at mine except when you are having sister nights with your sister so I want to make it real and I want you to move in with me." She smiled and held me tightly. "I love you and I want us to live together."

"Yes! Yes I'll move in with you!" I smiled and dug my head as far as I could into her neck.

"Why would you move in with Angela? Did you get kicked out of your apartment?" Temperance said making us jump apart and look at her. "Normally you ask your older siblings first, I have a room for you. Is that why you are taking a month off?"

"Sweetie, uh why don't you come sit here?" Angela smiled softly and patted the space beside her.

Once Tempe had sat down she looked at us confused.

"I wasn't kicked out of my apartment." I sighed and moved back to my cuddled into my girlfriend position, if I'm going to tell my sister I'm dating her best friend I'm going to be comfortable.

"Then why would you need to move in with Angela?"

"Because we are dating, I'm in love with her and I'm taking a month off because we are going to Paris."I told her hoping she would understand and soon, I want food.

Free food to be exact.

"Oh that's why you want to move in together because you are having sexual intercourse." She said quite loudly like she was proud for figuring it out even though I had to basically tell her.

"Yes, but we aren't just having sec sweetie, we are dating and in love." Angela said gently holding my hand tightly.

"That's amazing!" She smiled and hugged us both.

"Thanks Tempe, now I only got out of bed for free food so let's go." I laughed and kissed Angela before walking out with my sister.

"You guys are back!" Cam smiled as she gave us a hug each, quickly followed by booth.

"Y/n/n, is that a ring? Did you get engaged?" Temperance asked as she walked over to us. "You asked Angela to marry you that's great!"

"Actually I asked y/n to marry me then we got married in front of the Eiffel Tower."

Everyone congratulated us before Angela had to get to work so I went to sit with her in her office as I still had two days left before going back to work.
