Description- y/n and Scarlett had been together for a year but Scarlett broke up with her because Colin asked for another chance to be a proper family. Scarlett felt like she needed to try for her son who needed his father. After the break up, y/n disappeared from the public eye and hasn't been seen by anyone. Scarlett who is still in love with the woman is worried.

Scarlett was walking around the house listening to one of y/n's old songs trying to get cosmo to sleep but he just wouldn't settle, it's been like this for almost a year since y/n left when he was a 16 months old.

Well when Scarlett left y/n.

"Momma, when can we have a play date with y/n?" Rose asked as she walked into the living room with a teddy y/n got for her.

Y/n was only in their lives for 6 months but they loved her so much and still ask for her a year later.

Scarlett and y/n where together for just over a year but it was y/n who didn't want to meet the kids before they were sure there was something there.

"I don't know bubs, momma told you that we broke up."

"But she promised to still come have play dates with me!" Rose pouted and looked towards her mother and brother who were still rocking around the room to the song y/n used to sing to get the kids to sleep when she stayed over.

"She still sends you letters, roro." Scarlett points out, knowing y/n didn't completely disappear from the kids life, she sends gifts every month and letters every week and it's not toys that they will lose interest in within a week it's things they can keep for a long time.

Last month she sent rose a music box with roses carved into the sides and when you open it a rose pops up and spins while playing a sweet song.

She got cosmo a small teddy what he can keep forever.

"I miss her." The little girl sighed and walked over to them.

"I know, I miss her too." Scarlett sighed and looked at the picture of her, y/n and the kids that is sat on the bookshelf.

"Let's get you both to bed." Scarlett sighed when she finally got cosmo to sleep, leading rose up to her bedroom, deciding the kids can sleep with her tonight.

"Scarlett!" Lizzie screamed as she ran into Scarlett's room where she was getting ready to take rose to school and cosmo to daycare.

"What's up Lizzie?" Scarlett laughed and brushed through her hair tiredly.

"Y/n's back! She released a couple at midnight and she was saw leaving a toy shop last night."

"What?" Scarlett put down her hairbrush and turned to face her best friend who was holding out her phone.

"Listen to the first song, the fans are already guessing it's you. " she said before playing the song. "It's called happiest year."

"How many songs did she release?" Scarlett asked as she wiped her eyes, in case one of the kids came in to see her upset.

"Only this and one other song." Lizzie sighed and leaned forward to take her friends hand.

"Let's hear it." Scarlett sighed and walked  over to her dresser when the new song started.
