Description: when Callie was first hired as the only female backup dancer for Perrie after she had came out to the world, but they didn't have the greatest first meeting but throughout working together, they slowly start to get closer.

Callie's pov-

I just got home to my small apartment after spending over 12 hours at my dance studio and filming dance content for my instagram that I have to hopefully bring costumers to my business.

I started to make a simple dinner that I could just stick in the oven and have a quick shower while it cooks.

My phone suddenly went off as i was prepping the oven tin.

I didn't recognise the number but I answered it anyway, I loved messing with scammers so hopefully this was a scammer.

"Hello?" I asked through the phone while grabbing the frozen Dino nuggets that I had bought for my niece and nephews but I'll just buy a new pack and they will never know.

I brought them anyway.

"Hello, is this Callie Mathews?" A voice asked and I scrunched my eyebrows together.

I wasn't expecting a call from anyone.

"This is she." I replied as I closed the oven and set a timer before heading to my bedroom.

"Well I'm Elizabeth and I was calling to other you a job as a main backup dancer for little mix for their tour in five months."

Little mix? Was that the band that her niece was obsessed with?

I didn't really listen to popular music, I grew up listening to my mums music what was mostly bon jovi, guns and roses, queen, pink Floyd and a few others and I guess it stuck as that's all I really listen to but I love Taylor swift.

"How long is the tour?" I asked as I snapped myself out of my thoughts to focus on what she was saying.

"The tour will last for 7 months as it's a world tour but you would start training on Monday if you accept and you will get 200 a day except for Wednesday as that will be your day off but when you are on tour you will be paid on Wednesday and everyday even if you aren't performing."

"What about on tour, hotel costs, food, health care?" I asked, I've been on a small tour before and I know how it all works and I am not going to work on it if it isn't all covered.

"You will be the only female dancer so you will be travelling with little mix on their tour bus and all food and living costs will be covered." Elizabeth answered and I swear I heard someone in the background say 'she knows her stuff.'

"Health care?" I asked again when I didn't get my answer to that.

"All your health care will be covered starting Monday and ending the week after the tour finishes."

"Okay." I smiled and nodded even though she can't see me.

"Great! Will you be able to come in tomorrow to sign a contract and go over the tour date and what will be expected of you throughout?"

Tomorrow is Friday and I always have my youngest niece on Fridays, she is only three so she's not old enough for school.

"Um I am free but I would have to bring my niece as I'm babysitting."

"Thats fine, it will only take an hour but if she wants to explore I'm sure we can get someone to stay with her. I'll send an email with the address to you now."
