Chris POV

Seeing Harley with dodger made me so happy, dodger was always a great judge in character and seeing him playing so well with her confirms my thoughts on her. Seeing her in the tattoo shop , I couldn't help but think she was gorgeous and then to find out she has an amazing personality too was just the icing on the cake. The fact she is dog person and a Disney fiend makes it even better. When she mentioned me meeting her dogs it gave me this weird sensation in my stomach. Like a promise of more to come.

She stands up and goes over to the sink to wash her hands after dodgers fur and probably slobber was all over her.
"Need help?" She asks as she turns around, noticing again that I was completely checking her out.
"No I'm good, why don't you grab a couple of beers and make your way into the garden, I set up some of the seats out there and it's a beautiful night so thought we could sit and chat maybe watch the sun set and then come in for a movie?"
"Sounds perfect. I'll go check it out"
She walks past me and I get a smell of her perfume, vanilla and cinnamon. She smells divine.

After plating everything up, I head on out and set everything down on the table. I see Harley rub her hands together and lick her lips which makes me giggle.
"Tuck in" I say as she smiles up at me.
After she makes her burger, I go ahead and make mine. We sit and drink our beer and chat, it's nice. There is a natural flow to our conversation and I feel relaxed around her.
"So how long you been tattooing?"
"Many years. I wanted to be an artist growing up, but then I remember watching someone get a tattoo for the first time and I fell in love. To create a beautiful piece of art for someone and have it mean something to them. It's a wonderful way to spend my time"

"I mean your incredibly talented, I've seen your work on instagram"
She smiles "you been insta stalking me Mr Evans"
I laugh "no. I like to see people's work before I agree to let them tattoo me"
"Why did you come to me? Surly you have a tattoo artist with how many you have?"
"Yeah I do. He's based in LA and I didn't want to wait till I was there again so he recommended you"
"He did? Who is he?"
"Josh lord"
"Oh yeah. I've met him a few times, he's incredible"
"He is. He's a good buddy of mine so I knew his recommendation was legit"

"Well I'm glad he sent you my way"
"Me too. Going to owe him big time for this"
She giggles and drains the rest of her beer "these are some good burgers Evans. Who knew you could cook"
"I know my way around a kitchen, kind of. Can't do anything too fancy of course"
"No one likes fancy anyway these days"
"No? Not a fancy girl then?"
"Nope. The less fancy the better. I love low key."
"Me too. I know in my line of work it might not seem like it but the hussle and bussle of it all is not something I miss when I'm here. Being in Boston just keeps me calm"
She nods "I can understand that. You lived here all your life?"
"Yeah. Was born and raised not far from here. What about you?"

"I'm kind of from all over ended up here through a friend and never left. I love Boston, it's been home now for a few years"
"You travelled a lot then?"
"Loads. I loved it was kind of the perfect life for a while but things got.....complicated shall we say"
"Sounds intriguing"
She laughs "not at all. More like 4th or 5th date talk"
"So there'll be a 4th or 5th date?"
"I mean I would hope so. These burgers are my new favourite"
We continue talking and drinking until we have finished our food and head on inside to watch a movie.
