after biology and amelia's stress in the bathroom, it was a regular boring day in academy. students were studying outside because weather is still good and they want to enjoy every second of it.
matt and chris are not the exception, they decided to stay outside while nick and david have photography course.
brothers were sitting on the blanket with books and snacks around. matt was trying to focus on homework while chris was distracting him.
"so, when you gonna ask maya out?" asked chris.
"dude, i don't even have her number." said matt, rolling his eyes.
"i still don't understand why you didn't ask her yesterday."
"because i was thinking about something else?" scoffed matt.
"or someone else," said chris, turning his head towards matt. "look, you have to forget about her and move on."
"well, i am trying, but you always mention her. so it's hard, chris." said matt, winking to his brother.
"besides we have biology together, so it's hard to forget about her." added matt.
"yeah, you are right. nick didn't tell you anything else, did he?"
"no." said matt, looking around the field.
"what a bitch, honestly," said chris, shaking his head. "are you alright?"
matt stunned by looking at someone and it was amelia, but she wasn't alone; she was with hardin.
amelia was trying to run away from her "boyfriend", who is keep bothering her with calls and texts. she doesn't wanna see him or listen his voice. she is tired and sick of pretending.
"amelia, i am talking to you." yelled hardin, grabbing her hand.
"hardin, there is nothing to talk about! i don't want either." she replies, trying to get him off.
matt and chris were watching them, they could tell they are in a huge fight now.
matt couldn't help it but watched them all the time. he wanted even hear what they are talking about. him and chris were far away to hear anything, they could see only how amelia is pissed and uncomfortable. while hardin was rude and aggressive.
