What's going on with Mina

I had an idea to visit my best friend Mina , it has been a long time that i didn't see her , we were two busy running our lives by our own , her poor husband had an accident last year and since that time he couldn't walk

She needs a friend to be always by her side to support her , that's why i needed to sheck on her and maybe catch out a little beat

Here i am in front of her house with a bottle of wine and a cake on my other hand , waiting for her to show up

She opened the door and she had a strange expression on her face , it's l ike she didn't expect me at all

I thought that she would be happy to see me after all this time instead she looked through my eyes deeply and said :

- Oh Hi Kalie , what a surprise ( with a low voice ) i didn't know you arrieved from your last trip

Last month , i went on a trip to Barcelona with the kids to spend thanksgiving with my sister and her small familly , we usually make familly reunions during holidays so no one of us feel alone or ditshed

- Yes , i though i would come by and say hi to you , it's been a while since i didn't see you , how is Smith doing ?

- He is good , come in !

That when she welcomed me to her house , everything was a total mess , blenkets everywhere in the couch , dishes abondned on the table and left overs on the kitchen

It's a total chaos , Mina keeps appollogiesing for the this weired situation saying :

- I am soory , i was so busy with work this week , as you know i work two jobs and it has been taking all of my energie , i also gave the cleaning lady a day off she needed to spend the holidays with her familly

- Ok that explains a lot , if you needed help why didn't you call me , you know i would be glad to help

- You are really the most hard working independent women i have ever know , you had a lot going on , work and raising kids by your own , i didn't want to make your life more miserbale

- Actually you're right on that point , i always have something to do but you're still my best friend and a part of the familly so i have to be by your side no matter what

- Thank you so mush , you're so kind

She offered me a glass of wine the one that i gave it to her and a slice of cake that i brought with me

She thought the cake was delicious and i think she ate 3 slices i lost the count

I was most concentrated of her face expressions , she seemed so tired and exhausted like someone putted a rock on her shoulders

We talked about work , familly , we started remebering the friends that we had in college and the fun moments we had together

I missed talking with people , it's usually small talks and most of the days works and house chores

We cleaned the house and kept chatting for the rest of the afternoon

Smith was still in his room sleeping , he gets bored and don't have so mush friends to hang out with ,

I suggested to Mina to watch the new avatar movie that everyone talks about while i am making some popcorns

- Hey , did you watch the new season of avatar that came out ?

- No , but i would love to

- Let's watch it then while i make us some popcorns

- I like that , you're a genuis !

We stayed on the couch , eating a hole bag of ships and the popcorns that i made , she was so happy , i can see her smile appearing slowly under the cover

I am so proud of myself for making someone smile today , this has to be my new job one day besides journalisim of course

We spent a great night , i had the oppurtunity to share all my thoughts and emotions

I talked with her about the nightmares that i had , she was focus on the subject and she wanted to go deep into it

My friend is so serious about this type of things and she is so passioned with psychology , she even got into courses and worked so hard to become a psychologist but her hunsband sickness came across her path

She couldn't leave her sick husband alone and she took care of everything by her own

Mina started to get more intrested , she was starring at me while telling her my story and her eyes turned bright and big as i speak to her

After everything that i revealed she wanted to confess me about something :

- Kalie , you're my only true friend and you're everything to me , i don't like seeing you in that state and i hate to be the one saying this but you need to find some help

- What do you mean by help , i 'am freeking out , what are you talking about ?
