Chapter Nine: Roommates

Glen's POV

I was massaging my shoulder while rotating my head since my whole upper body suffered in pain because the three of them hit me too hard it became stiff.

"Well, I can't blame them. It was my fault in the first place that I forgot that Andre had asked me to join them at lunch" I mumble while I rotate both my arms in circle to ease the pain and then I bend my head side wards then back and forth.

"Damn I freaking want to sleep already" I mumble while I walk back to my room since the activity today was already finished.

They had toured us all over the place even though they had given us some maps to follow but still because of the reason that some of us are not good with maps they had to tour as around the place which is actually good for me since it is more conventional.

"My feet already hurts from walking around this huge building. It was too huge" I mumble in defeat while I slowly walk to the door of my dorm. I turn the knob to open the door.

"I guess I will take a bath and then sleep already" I mumble while slowly yawning as I walk to the bed and I was surprised to see a bag placed on the lower bed making me look around but I saw no one.

"So, my roommate's already here" I mumble as I suddenly hear the sound of water splashing making me look at the bathroom's door.

"I guess that he's using the bathroom now. I better wait for him to finish first then" I mumble as I went up to my own bed and then sit on the floor beside the bed since I don't want to sit on the bed with dirty clothes.

I then place my arms on the edge of the bed before placing my head on top of it.

"I'll just take a nap first since maybe he would take long in using the bathroom" I mumble sleepily before I close my eyes and take the invitation of what we call sleep.

I was suddenly woken up when I heard some noises making me slowly open my eyes and yawn while stretching my arms up in the air.

I looked around and I was on the floor making me remember that I had just took a nap. I slowly stand up to look down stairs if my roommate has already finished using the bathroom. But as soon as I peeked down, I immediately pulled away from the edge when I saw who was on the bed below me.

"Shit why is he suddenly here. Is my dream playing a trick on me?" I panicked while I tried to pinch my hands and I hiss in pain making me groan.

"Out of all people why does it have to be him? Does destiny want to torment me?" I complained while sighing before I slowly stand up and glance below. I still saw him there sitting on the bed.

(I didn't mistake him right) I thought while trying to confirm if it's really him.

He was looking at something on his phone as he dries his wet hair with a towel. I groan in defeat as I then pulled back and sit beside my bed.

"Fuck, I'm really screwed" I cursed as I then scratch the back of my head before I realized that I needed to take a bath more than anything at this moment.

"I don't care anymore" I stand up and went to take my towel in my bag as I then slowly climb down the stairs and I saw him looking at me in shock.

"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING HERE!" he shouted while standing up in shock. He was glaring at me while pointing his hands at me. I simply sigh and look at him in annoyance while going down the stairs.
