Chapter Sixteen: They Already Know

Glen's POV

"Hey! Tell me already. I know that there is more to it" I hear Troy suddenly whispered to me when we are eating our dinner.

"I have told you everything and why do you want to know anyway?" I told him in annoyance and he went silent for a moment.

"I just want to know" he said making me eye him and he was just looking at me with a nervous look.

"Tell me the reason first before I tell you?" I said to him since why is he so persistent to know what happened.

"Come on and just tell me" he persisted, ignoring my question making me eye him.

"Nope" I said popping the p on his face making him sigh in defeat.

He then stands up and glance at me before he looks at the other two making me eye him and he just rolled his eyes making me gasp in my head.

(What the! Did he just roll his eyes at me?) I thought in shock while I was looking at him.

"You didn't just do that" I warned him and he just roll his eyes again at me making me look at him in disbelief.

"Damn, you finally learn how to do that" I suddenly teased making him look at me in shock. I smiled at him and he was looking at me in wide eyes.

"You think that, that would hurt me. No freaking way! Just like what I said to that girl" I pointed at Kaylee.

"Keep rolling those eyes and I assure you that you won't find what you're looking for behind your eye" I said before I laughed at him and I saw him giving me a nasty look.

"You think that I won't really tell them" he threatened making me sigh and went near him.

"Well, if you do that. My mouth here won't be filtered and I will spill that you cried while talking about your crush while sitting in a place surrounded by couples" I said while wiping my mouth with a napkin and he looked at me with a scared expression.

"I think that my hands are itching to play with this fork especially this knife if the people in this table won't stop whispering with each other" we suddenly heard Kaylee talking and I immediately fixed myself and look at her and Ema, who are eyeing us with suspicious expressions.

I glanced at Troy and I nearly laughed when I saw his expression. He was very nervous while looking at the knife that Kaylee was holding and Ema was using two forks on her plate making me sigh.

He then glances at Kaylee and flinched when he saw her looking at him with serious expression. He looked away but still he was very cautious of the knife and fork as he keeps on glancing at it.

"Hey Troy what are you two suddenly whispering about?" Kaylee continued making us both look at her.

She was looking at us with a curious look and Ema was beside her looking at us too. They couldn't hear us because we moved a bit far from them and I bet that they their ears are itching for gossip making me smile at her.

"Nothing, we were just chatting about the activity that we are going to do tomorrow" he was quick to say to them but they look unconvinced making her stare at the two of us.

"Yeah, it is true were just talking about the mountains outside. It was really amazing while looking at it. It can even make me cry of excitement" I tried to divert the topic while trying to give some hits with this guy beside me and it worked.

He glanced at me with a talk-and-I'll-beat-you expression making me smile at him. He was tensing up and it was such a joy for my inner self.

(Don't get me wrong, I just love teasing this guy cause his emotion is visible) I thought while looking at him and he suddenly nudge my waist making me groan and I saw him grin.
