Twice or thrice a week Fourth will received a bouquet, he don’t know what to do with them anymore. Sometimes he just give it to the nurse and workers there, sometimes he just throw it away.
He always hear they're saying he is lucky to have a loving partner or a person who want to wooed him is the best. Fourth keep denying and somehow getting tired explaining and just let them think what they want.
He doesn’t want to know what Gemini agenda by sending him flowers and chocolate regularly. He didn't even think to asked Gemini his purpose, he better staying away with him. Not getting involved with him, make it less drama.
“Doctor Fourth.” The reception staff called him, Fourth can guessed her aim. He stop his walks and come near, the girl smile sweetly.
“Here is for you.” A bouquet of red rosses were presented.
“You can have it." Fourth not even raise his hand to received it.
"Doctor, is it true I can have it?." Asked the girl again.
Fourth nodded making her and another girl beside her cheer
"Next time don’t accept, please asked the delivery guy to bring it back.” Fourth giving out an order.
This time both receptionist blink their eyes multiple times before nodded, understanding. With that Fourth continue his step.
He have finished his shift for the day, he plan to continue doing his research in his room before going back. He already telling his professor his idea and it is well received by him.
Fourth continue doing his research here for his own convenience. When his supervisor moved here, he decided to follow him. Changing supervisor is more difficult so he just follow.
Once he sit down his smart phone vibrating, Fourth know who is calling him even he don’t save the number, he just leave it silent on his own.
Normally it’s always like this, this guy will call him once a day without failed although Fourth not answering him.
He continue according to his plan and didn’t aware it’s already late. His stomach feels hungry and Fourth realized the time. He tidy up his work table a bit and goes back.
This is his daily routine since years ago. Fourth decided to just walk back home, he doesn’t own a car. Lucky he lives around hospital area, it’s not far for him.
Fouth busying his life with his study, he forgot how to socialize with people other than engaging with his work at the same time studying.
He have his gang still he felt the distant between them. He only open up with Prom because he support and stay beside him for a long time.
Fourth stop on the roadside stall on his way back. Ordering his food, he read the chat on his smart phone while waiting the auntie packing up for him. He reply when he think it’s important.
“Here you go, so late today Doctor.” This young doctor always buy from her since he move here.
Fourth just smiling, receiving his packaging. He scan the code to pay and left the shop after saying thank you, this is his daily routine since he comes back here. Introvert person like him enjoying alone time like this.
When he arrived at his condo, he see familiar figure standing still. The guy staring at him making Fourth not comfortable and look away.
“Fourth,” Gemini panickly called him when he see Fourth want to pass him.
“Listen to me.” Gemini hold his arm, preventing Fourth going away.
“What do you want? It’s late and I’m tired.” Fourth want to dissolve his arm from Gemini.
“I’m sorry, don’t ignore me like this.”
“Sorry for what? Did I already forgive you?” Fourth asked him. He don't have any unfinished business with him yet he keep bothering.
“Are you not tired saying sorry for no reason?” He added, a bit annoyed to hear the same things.
“Or you want me to do it like this?” Fourth take his phone and open his chat application. He find Gemini chat and sending him a voice note.
“I forgive you, can you stop pestering me?” he said and quickly put back his phone.
Next time Gemini could replay his answer and always be remind that he have no fault with Fourth.
Gemini found it very cute, he chuckle softly with Fourth action, reminding him with their past. His heart soften when he see Fourth pouting lips.
“I really miss you Fourth,” Gemini said.
“Okay, I’m going, I really hungry right now, I might eat you if you don’t let go of me.” Fourth eyes glancing at Gemini hands.
“Do it.” Gemini is so ready to be eaten by this little guy.
Fourth other hand tries to remove Gemini making he held him tight. Fourth have no choice other than biting Gemini wrist, making him letting go straight away.
Gemini hissed, it’s hurt and Fourth teeth mark is visible.
“I’m going up, you also go back. Don’t show up like this again.”
“Fourth can you listen what am I going to say?” Gemini want to tell Fourth he decided to wait for him no matter how long it takes making Fourth falling for him again.
Fourth pretending not to hear and quickly jog to the elevator. Leaving Gemini hanging speechless there.
Gemini felt frustrated at the same time he felt better. At least Fourth not hating him, he can feel it.
