Today Ma drop Pa at the lobby for his regular check up. She can't keep him company this time because her charity work schedule clash. At first she want to cancel but Pa told her not to, Gemini can go with him.
On the day of the check up, something come up make his son cannot go with him. He have an early morning conference dealing with vendor issue. So he have to asked his husband for replacement and Fourth agreed.
Gemini saying sorry many times, Fourth surely tired due to he work on the night shift, still Fourth reassured him he doesn't mind at all. Pa also under his responsibility, not Gemini alone, they're his family.
Fourth already waiting at the lobby to welcome Pa and Ma arrival. Ma felt uneasy, this is the first time she's not with him. Fourth asked Ma to have fun with her work and not worry much, he can manage his Pa.
"I'll inform you if anything are unusual." He said.
Everything is fine, Pa health improved a lot. After saying thanks, they went out from the room.
"Let's go eat at Pa favourite restaurant. I suddenly hungry." Pa said, he don't have an appetite today because he's too nervous, Fourth nodded.
"After, can we drop by to the office?. Pa promised you we will go back around 12.00 or 12.30 p.m."
"Sure Pa, no worries. We have plenty of time."
Fourth chat Gemini letting him know they're coming. His husband replying him okay in a jiff. He called the waiter adding take away for Gemini. He work on the night shift so he didn't see him since last night Gemini drop him off.
Pa having no comment, he knew Gemini and Fourth care about each other. He even ordering food based on Gemini preference, they move wben they finished their meal.
“Pa walks slowly.” Fourth hold back Pa arm makes him move slower. Afraid Pa will have short of breath.
“What you’re chasing Pa?.” Fourth scold him softly.
"Your work can wait, priortize your health first." Fourth advise, he knew from businessman perspective, every single second count but work will never be end. Everyday surely have different issue that required problem solving skills.
“Sorry Doctor.” Pa answer him not taking his word seriously. Fourth rolled his eyes, his Pa always stubborn and keep forgetting he have heart disease.
Guard open the door for his Pa. Fourth enter from the other side sitting beside his Pa. Fourth asked his Pa to rest. Half and hour letter they arrived.
“There your husband, biased kid. When I come never come down pick me up. When his husband here, he also here.” Pa jokingly said when he saw Gemini standing waiting at the entrance.
Gemini open the door for his Pa, he take a look inside, smiling widely greeting his husband.
“Pa, baby.” He called, both of them nodded and smiling acknowledging him. Gemini move so his Pa can get down from the SUV. Fourth also goes out from the left.
Gemini kissed his Pa cheek and he get his husband. His palm hold Fourth both cheek, pecking his lips. Ignoring people around.
“Gem...” Fourth whine earning a soft chuckle from him.
“Take this, it's yours.” Fourth give the paper bag, Gemini take it. He peek on what’s inside, smiling from ear to ear when he saw the content.
“I love you.” He want to kiss Fourth again yet Fourth avoiding him, he hide behind Pa.
“Stop being lovey dovey, let’s go inside.” Pa walking leaving the two. Fourth quickly run to get his Pa, linking his arm with the guy. Gemini following behind, his hand bringing the bag Fourth handed to him earlier.
Gemini cannot hide his happiness when Fourth here. The receptionist greet Pa and the middle age man spontaneously introduce his son in law to the girls, Fourth nodded.
Gemini squinting his eyes when he heard they squealing how cute his husband is.
“What’s with you Gem?.” Pa asked when they enter the elevator. Gemini seems serious, not smiling widely as before.
“Next time don’t bring Fourth here Pa. I don’t like how your staff adoring him.” Gemini turn on his possessive mode. Fourth burst out into laughter same as Pa.
“Childish.” Pa comment his unreasonable behaviour.
When they arrived at the floor, Pa proudly introduce his son in law to his employee. Gemini did not let go of his hand on Fourth. He felt insecure when everyone complimenting how handsome and cute Fourth makes him more jealous.
“Pa going to work a bit. Gem take your husband. Fourth go back with Pa later.” Pa left him.
“Come baby.” Gemini dragging Fourth into his room. Fourth look around inside Gemini office. The interior really suit him.
“Eat with me.”
“I’m full. You eat.”
“Feed me.”
Fourth rolled his eyes, despite that he sit beside his husband on the sofa, opening the container.
“Wait I take my utensil, Ma always pack food for us. Plastic one difficult to use, it will be broken.”
“Bring the wet tissue as well.”
“Sure baby.”
Fourth take out the wet tissue wiping Gem hands and him. He pick up the spoon and start feeding his husband. Gemini keep away when Fourth feed him vegetables.
“Eat.” Fourth instruct, he open his mouth being obedient.
“Stay with me, let’s go back together later.”
“I don’t wanna wait. I’m going back to sleep.”
“Sleep here, there in my room.” Gemini show his room he used for resting, he often rest there.
“I don’t want, changing bed is not comfortable, I’m not able to sleep.” Fourth get hard sleeping if the place is new for him. He have work tonight, he need his sleep.
“Then I send you back after I’ll finish.”
“It’s okay, Pa promised me earlier we go back at 12.30 p.m.”
“Okay.” Gemini finished his food. Taste better when Fourth feed him, he like it when Fourth babying him.
“Drink your water.” Fourth order, he tidy up, putting back the garbage into the bag.
“Just put it there, I call cleaner auntie do it.”
Fourth continue tidying up, he wipe the table.
“Throw this later.” He asked his husband, Gemini take note.
