They're sitting on the white sand, looking at the blue ocean in front of them. Both quiet, enjoying the beauty of nature. Only the sound of waves and birds chirping accompany them. Not many people comes to this area, that’s makes Fourth loves this spot.
"You always like it here sweet heart." Gemini the first breaking the silence between them. Fourth sweet smile consistently tempting his heart.
"Baby..." Gemini pout his lips, eyes pleading Fourth kissing him. He kiss his full lips, sucking his lower lips before letting go.
"I love you." He said, brushing Fourth baby hair.
"We sleep here tonight, I booked us a room. We can tour around night market later on." Making Fourth happy not difficult.
"Thanks babe." Fourth kissed his cheek, he lean his head on Gemini shoulder. Gemini remember everything about him. Even the smallest things Fourth likes and don't likes, he took note on it.
Gemini determined today is the best time they talk about what happened between them in the past. If Fourth get angry later on, he accept it.
"Baby..."
"Erm..." Fourth answer him.
“Why you never inquire?.” Fourth turned towards him, raising an eyebrow at him. Not understand what his husband tried to convey.
“Asked about....”
“Me and my previous partner, James.” Fourth avoiding Gemini, he stand up want to leave the place yet Gemini more quick grabbing his wrist making him sit back at his place.
“I’m not interested, it's none of my business.” Fourth frowning.
“Fourth, you should know so there’s no misunderstanding in the future, can you listen to me baby?.” Gemini softly persuade his husband.
“Spill.”
“After we broke up, I continue my relationship with James, we’re happy couple.” Gemini start his story.
Fourth knew all of that, before he fly abroad, their former campus gossip page always post an update about how compatible the two on their social media.
Fourth not follow any of them and rarely keep an update things happened around him, yet the amount of his friends tagging or mention him at each post post make him drop by to check.
Heart broken Fourth that time stay away from all social media because of it. He deleted all of his account for the sake of his recovering process, it’s actually help him.
“We’re happy until one day I started comparing you and him.” He saw many difference, Fourth win in all aspect.
“We’re different person Gem, how could you do that.” Fourth can’t believe Gemini act like that.
“I’m wrong, I aware of it, I realized he’s just a replacement, the one I wanted is you not him."
Fourth let out a sarcastic laugh. As he remembered, Gemini who throw him because of his new partner.
"I'm sorry, my words hurt you before. Even when I’m with him my mind always thinking about you.” James different from Fourth, at first he attracted to him because of his looks and kind behaviour.
“Somehow, I ignore my feeling towards you because of my ego. I stick with him till all of his behaviour exposed."
Fourth did not asked, he wait. If Gemini wants to tell him, he'll listen. If not, it's okay, he get over things in the past long time ago.
"I heard his conversation with his friends saying he’s tired acting kind. He’s like that only because he want me so bad."
“Probably because he loves you.” Fourth interrupt, he can understand. When someone loves somebody, he or she will do or sacrifice everything, including Fourth.
Gemini used to think same as Fourth, therefore he keep stay with him even he knew the truth. Yet, the more he get to know James, the more he saw his bad side. His snobbish attitude and likes downgrading people.
“How long did you two together?”
“Not long, seven months and I already regret my decision choosing him. During our times, not once I didn't think about you.”
“We basically grew up and stay together for too long, you just comfortable having me besides you all the times Gem.”
“No, it’s not because I used having you in my life, it’s because my heart can’t refused your existence inside me. No matter I denied my feeling, it keeps coming back remind me of you.”
“What’s the point of telling me all this Gem.”
“I want you to know I really regret letting you go.”
Fourth not answer, he keep his sight far at the sea in front of him. He keep listening how Gemini broke up with him, fixing his relationship with Ma and Pa, their friends and his meeting with Uncle Earth.
“I'm really sorry, because of me you’re going through all the pain.”
“I’m not blaming you. It’s all in the past, as long as you won’t hurt me, we’re okay.”
“I wouldn’t dare hurting you again baby.” Gemini said seriously.
"Can tell me how you're doing abroad?"
"What you want to know?"
“How’s your life?”
“Nothing special, same as usual."
“You have any lover after me?.” Gemini hate being curious like this. He cannot stop himself from asking the question. He can't imagine Fourth with someone else except him.
He have no right inquiring him like this because during the time they separated, Fourth is single. Not committing any relationship with him anymore, he’s free.
Thinking about Fourth seeing others make him jealous, he disappointed with own self. He's the one letting him go, he set him free, he is stupid for making it happened.
“Nope. I’m not seeing anyone during the three years I’m there. I enjoy my single life.” He told him honestly.
When in relationship with Gemini, whatever things he have to consider about his feeling, being single he just follow what his heart wanted.
“Impossible nobody wants you?.” Gemini scoff, he trust Fourth, not others. Who knows he have competitors he don’t know exist, Nate already out of story.
“Got few, I turned them down.”
“The person liking you including the one who took your photo secretly and then make it a book for you?.” Gemini remember about photo album at Fourth’s home.
Fourth keep quite. He arranged his words what others feeling towards him doesn’t matter. Now only Gemini matter.
“Babe, people feeling are beyond our control. I can’t stop them, I already make myself clear that I’m not interested being into relationship with them.”
"Thank you for giving me a chance baby."
"Gem... you are important to me, always remember that babe." Fourth left arm embracing Gemini shoulder.
Gemini felt overwhelmed by Fourth words. He kissed Fourth's nose, nuzzling his nose with him.
“Still going back to UK?”
“I'll consider it.”
“I think about you leaving a lot. If you insist, I can visit you there. I can remotely work from anywhere.”
Gemini said before lay deep kissed on his thin lips, sucking on Fourth's tongue.
