Alright, I'm not gonna sugar coat this one like I did the others because we all know who's going here. It's Ruby Rose.

One thing I do have to sugar coat is why we all put her here

One thing I do have to sugar coat is why we all put her here. First, let me explain more about the Blue Lanterns so that we can more easily compare Ruby to their core principles and characteristics. The Blue Lantern Corps was founded by Ganthet and Sayd after the war with the Sinestro Corps. These two are actually Guardians of the Universe, but they were banished from Oa for acknowledging the Blackest Night prophecy, which was a prophecy that foretold the end of the universe starting with Earth. In order to combat the Blackest Night, the two settled on the planet Odym and created the Blue Power Battery, eventually forming the Blue Lantern Corps. The Blue Lanterns embody hope because they plan to give the people of the universe hope during the Blackest Night.

The powers of the blue light are interesting, as they are not very powerful on their own. They are actually the weakest of the emotional spectrum. However, if a Green Lantern is nearby, both of their rings are supercharged with power and they become much stronger. In fact, it is stated that a supercharged Blue Power Ring is the most powerful weapon in the universe. They are also able to completely negate the powers of Red, Orange and Yellow Power Rings.

An interesting side note about the Blue Lantern Corps is that their rings do not choose their owners. Unlike the other Lantern Corps, a Blue Lantern is chosen by the newest member of the Corps. While the candidate must still embody great hope and be a good asset to the Corps, The rings do not go out and seek their own masters like the other Corps.

Ruby Rose has been stated by several characters to embody great hope. Not only does she willingly and actively fight deadly monsters on a daily basis, but she is the only one to carry on that fight after the destruction of Beacon. Only Jaune, Nora and Ren accompany her on her mission despite dozens of other huntsmen-in-training and fully trained huntsmen being available. She continues to push her team forward and support them, even in their darkest moments, like when Blake was outed as a Faunus and scared that her friends would reject them. It took much longer for the Apathy Grimm to affect her, and she even needed convincing to throw away the Lamp. Even then, she immediately realizes her mistake and dives back in to get it.

Ruby's hopefulness can also bleed over into stubbornness, like how she and Ironwood disagreed about leaving Mantle to die while Atlas escaped into space. Even when the whole world was against her and she was labeled as a fugitive by Ironwood, she pulled her team together and made up a plan to help the people of Remnant at any cost. Because of her supernatural ability to inspire hope and lift the spirits of the people from even deep depression, I believe that Ruby Rose is a perfect fit for the Blue Lantern Corps.
