It was party time.

Kyungmi was rushing around trying to grab everything she needed.

The boys were throwing Kyungmi and Jungwon a celebration party to congratulate the happy couple on their new relationship. It's only been a few weeks since they officially announced their relationship to their friends and everyone was so excited for them.

Maeyeong skipped around behind her, enjoying her time out of the house. Ever since the announcement, Kyungmi, and Jungwon had been too busy to really be with each other. With things coming up with the comeback and Kyungmi starting a sequel to her book and constantly in meetings, it was hard for them to find the time to meet up. Although they did make sure that they spoke on the phone at least once a day.

To Jungwon's surprise, Kyungmi was a very relaxed person to be with. She was like that in general, but for some reason, Jungwon always thought that she'd be different in a relationship. The only difference is that Kyungmi would actually put in the effort to speak to Jungwon on a daily basis.

Which of course, Jungwon was pleased with.

"Hey, eonni. Don't you think you should relax? You seem like you're about to pop a vein," Maeyeong joked.

Kyungmi came to a halt, before abruptly turning around to face Maeyeong who stared back at Kyungmi like she was insane. "I'm going crazy, Mae-ya. It's not like I'm meeting him for the first time, but I'm nervous. Like, it's insane. I feel like a little kid who is excited about going to the zoo for the first time," Kyungmi claimed. It was confusing. It's not like it's the first time she's meeting him. It's also not the first time they had all hung out as a group. So why was she so nervous?

Was it because they were actually dating now?

She had felt like this. It was a horrifying feeling. She felt a wave of emotions every time she thought of Jungwon. She felt like she was going crazy when she couldn't see him. "You're in love, what do you expect?"

Maeyeong bluntly expressed. Kyungmi paused while blinking continuously. "What?' Kyungmi questioned, a look of confusion plastered all over her face. "In love? No. It isn't that serious, kiddo," Kyungmi was quick to shut down any and all accusations of love. "I mean, we haven't even been dating for that long, how could I be in love? It just doesn't make sense."

"Yeah. It does," Maeyeong argued. "You've liked him since you were a kid. Even after not seeing him for years, you never lost feelings. I mean, come on, eonni. You've never even dated anyone before," she pointed out leaving Kyungmi speechless. "It makes perfect sense for you to be head-over-heels in love with this boy. You'd only be lying to yourself if you think otherwise."

Maeyeong hummed innocently as she walked past Kyungmi to look at all the candy. Kyungmi tilted her head, questioning everything. Kyungmi sucked her teeth before moving to continue her shopping, "what does she know? She's just a kid," Kyungmi muttered under her breath as she walked past Maeyeong.

Maeyeong smirked, clearly hearing what Kyungmi had said. Taeri and Kyungmi were still not on the best of terms, but they weren't necessarily ignoring each other anymore. More or less, Kyungmi wasn't ignoring Taeri anymore.

It seemed like everything was starting to fall into place. Although Kyungmi was nervous about their relationship leaking. Jungwon had only confessed to the world that he liked someone. Kyungmi made sure that Jungwon and the rest of the members kept their relationship a secret. If this were to get out it would cause an uproar. The company alone would lose its mind not to mention the hundreds of thousands of fans ENHYPEN had. Kyungmi would turn into the internet punching bag and there would be nothing that Jungwon would be able to do about it.
