Deep within the ruins of a tower that is nestled in the mountains, in each floor there are circular holes for when air blows through. On the walls, it is decorated with glyphs representing the element of air along with murals depicting clouds and lightning. A man dressed in black armor walked up the stairs to a chamber where a couple of people were making clay vessels, in which those are used for resurrection rituals. One of them is a sorceress wearing a green dress with a black cape with a hood, she also wore a mask that covered her face with the right side being gold and the left side being black.

"How goes the clay vessels, Mila?" Asked the man wearing a black armor.

"It is going smoothly, Julius. We had used this chamber as a means of bringing the dead back to life, and recruit them as member of the Black Leaves" replied the sorceress.

Julius, the man dressed in armor, felt unease when he remembered when Mila and her cohort had robbed graves to get bones and/or urns containing ashes and use them as components for a resurrection ritual. Then Mila walked over to a shelf and picked up an urn, before placing it next to a clay vessel.

"Pardon me for asking, but what's in the urn?" Asked Julius.

"Why, this urn contains the ashes of one of the Noctua brothers" replied Mila.

"The Noctua brothers? As in, the triplet magicians who once caused trouble throughout the region four years ago?" He asked.

"So you have heard of them, right? They're known for being mercenaries that were paid to attack whoever is the target, but in their free time they are seen at any settlements enjoying causing trouble" she explained.

"I've heard that they somehow died by unknown means, but the villagers had to cremate their corpses and stored their ashes in a tomb" he said, brushing his hand on his red hair.

"The ashes inside of this urn is, specifically, Isaac Noctua. He is a light mage, while his two brothers are an air mage and a fire mage. They can be useful for some missions" she explained.

Mila wasted no time by pouring the ashes of Isaac Noctua into hole of the clay vessel, and then she poured in some kind of potion inside before sealing it with a cork. Julius carried the clay vessel to the balcony where the sun shines on it, so that sunlight can bake it. Both of them waited for two hours, until the clay vessel started to move while a muffled voice is heard within. Julius takes it back into the chamber, and he felt wiggling coming from the clay vessel. He set it leaning against the wall, so the resurrected magician can break out of it.

*crack!*

Cracks formed around the area where the mouth is, and the large piece broke off, exposing a mouth beneath. The resurrected magician took a deep breath before breathing heavily, as if he was almost suffocated inside of the clay vessel.

"Welcome back to the world of the living, Isaac Noctua" greeted Julius, with a smile tugging on the corners of his lips.

"Huh? Who said that? Where am I? How did you name my name? Ugh, I feel sick" asked Isaac, as he struggled to free himself.

Mila sighed before walking up to the newly revived magician, and then she breaks the area of the clay vessel to expose the rest of his face.

"To answer your questions: we've heard reports about you and your sibilings, along with your deaths. We're in the Wind Tower, an ancient structure that harnesses the power of air" she answered.

Isaacs blue eyes darted everywhere, looking around his surroundings, even when his eyes were bloodshot. He focused on Julius and Mila, confused at who they are.

"Who are you people?" He asked as his left eye twitched.

"I am Julius, the general. This is Mila, the earth magician. We are the elite members of the Black Leaves, an ancient organization dedicated to restore the ancient civilization" replied Julius.

Isaac grit his teeth, and used every strength he has to break out of the clay vessel he was revived in. The clay vessel shattered from his bare strength, but he collapsed soon afterwards. Mila blushed as seeing his naked body, not only he has fair skin but he has long rust colored hair.

"Okay, let's find you something to wear. We can't have you walk around naked like this!" Said Julius in a disgusted tone.

"Where's my brothers?" Asked Isaac.

"We'll get to resurrecting your brothers, as soon as we get you some clothes" replied Mila.

Meanwhile

A trio of teenagers arrived at the Wind Towers entrance, and they looked up at it's top.

"Is this the place?" Asked one boy, he carries a broadsword in scabbard while dressed as a swordsman

"No doubt about it, I sensed a power of air that lay dormant within the tower itself. Nathan, be careful, for I also sensed evil at the upper floors" replied the girl carrying a staff.

"You're good at sensing stuff, Sophia" remarked Nathan.

Sophia blushed while smiling.

"Come on! We have to stop the Black Leaves from using the power of the Wind Tower!" Said the other boy, in an impatient tone.

"Patience, William. We still have to make our way without rushing things, because rushing leads to being careless. You may never know if our opponents have already set up traps, or some sort of security measures" said Nathan.

After a brief moment, the trio head inside the tower. Inside, there were columns that decorate the entry way, a large circular hole in the middle of the first floor, and murals depicting a stormy sky with lightning.

Authors note: this is my attempt at making a book with elemental themes, like my earlier work that happened to be a fanfic on golden sun.
