Chapter Twenty One

Shikamaru's POV

We had put our clothes back on and made sure we didn't look like we had sex on our school roof. Our classes flew by quickly. It was the end of the day and I was at my locker getting everything I need. When I shut my locker door, I felt someone shove me against my locker. I groaned and turned around to see who it was. I saw Kiba and Tenten standing next to each other.

"You stole my boyfriend!" Tenten accused me.

"I didn't steal your boyfriend Tenten. He dumped you remember." I said.

"Yeah right. He didn't dump me. You staple him from me. You just framed me." Tenten said. I tried to walk away, but Kiba blocked my path.

"You are going to pay for this." Tenten said. Kiba punched me in the face and I was knocked out.

Neji's POV

I was waiting outside the school with Naruto, Sasuke, Ino and Chouji, waiting for a very late Nara. We waited a few more minutes before we all groaned.

"What is taking your boyfriend so long?" Ino asked me.

"I don't know. He said he would meet us he- I was cut off when my phone rang. Everyone gathered around me when I looked at my phone. The caller was Tenten. I looked at everyone and they wanted me to answer it. I answered the phone and put it on speaker.

"What do you want Tenten?" I asked her.

"Oh Neji. Do you have to act so mean to me?" She asked, trying to sound innocent.

"Yes. You through Ino off the roof." I said.

"That was in the past."

"I have nightmares because of you." Ino growled.

"Oh my, I'm on speaker aren't I? Oh well. I guess you can all hear this then." Tenten said.

"What do you mean Tenten?" I asked her. She didn't respond to my question. We looked at each other before we heard what sounded to be something being dumped on the floor.

"Why do t you say hello." Tenten said to someone on her side of the line.

"Let me go." My heart dropped when I heard Shikamaru's voice. I almost dropped my phone if it wasn't for Ino standing next to me. She grabbed the phone from me and Naruto and Sasuke helped me sit down. Everyone sat next to me, looking concerned for me and worried for Shikamaru.

"Neji. Are you still on the line?" Tenten asked.

I looked at Ino. She pointed towards the phone and I nodded.

"Neji is still here. He just can't speak at the moment." Ino said.

"Oh boo." Tenten said. "Whatever. Neji, I'm giving you a full week to come back to me before something terrible happens to Shikamaru."

My head snapped towards my phone. Ino have me my phone and grabbed it.

"What do you mean Tenten? You better not hurt Shikamaru." I said in a menacing voice.

"If you do t come back to me in one week, you will never see Shikamaru ever again. Don't bother going to the police. If they find out, Shikamaru is good as dead." Tenten said. I was in shock. How was I going to help my boyfriend. This is terrible.

"Oh and to make sure you don't back out, every day, I'll send a video or a picture of your 'precious' Shikamaru." She said. "Any last words Shikamaru?"

"Let me go you crazed son of a bitch."

"What did you say? Kiba."

We heard Kiba walk over to Shikamaru and I heard the worse thing I have ever heard. I heard Kiba punch Shikamaru somewhere and Shikamaru gave out a bloodcurdling scream. I started to cry and Ino gave me a hug. Tenten hung up the phone and before I knew it, she sent a video of Shikamaru.

It showed him blindfolded and Kiba punching him in the stomach. Shikamaru gave a bloodcurdling scream with each punch. I felt sick and Ino continued to give me a hug. Sasuke took my phone and stopped the video. Everyone waited until I had calmed down.

"What are we going to do?" I asked. We looked at each other and everyone was thinking.

"Let's show Shikamaru's parents and go from there." Naruto said. We agreed and walked over to Shikamaru's place. We showed his parents the video and Yoshino broke down crying. Shikaku looked like he wanted to cry, but held back the tears. We explained to them what Tenten had done and what she said to us. Shikaku and Yoshino looked at us.

"We need to get the police involved." Yoshino said.

"But if we did, Tenten said we will never see Shikamaru ever again." I said. "I don't want to lose him."

"I think what my wife meant was that we get a secret police force involved." Shikaku said.

"What do you mean?" Ino and Chouji asked.

"Naruto and Sasuke knows what we are talking about." Yoshino said. We looked at them and they nodded.

"Let us call our parents and brothers." They said. They went into the kitchen and made some calls. Next thing we knew, Masato, Kushina, Kurama, Fugaku, Mikoto and Itachi were in the living room with us. We told them what had happened and showed the video. Kushina and Mikoto cried as they saw the video. The boys on the other hand wanted to get Tenten and Kiba.

"We will help. But that means you give need to live with us okay." Minato said.

"You all live under on roof?" I asked.

"Yeah. We bought a huge house next to the school." Fugaku said.

"We live with then so we can watch Naruto and Sasuke." Kurama and Itachi said.

"Okay." We said. We called our parents and told them what was going on. They agreed and hoped we don't get hurt. We walked with Naruto's and Sasuke's parents to their house. They were right. It was right across from the school. We looked at the school and I felt tears forming in my eyes. Ino gave me a hug and I looked at her. I gave her a smile before we walked into the house.

'We are going to save you Shika.'
