𝑻𝑹𝑶𝑼𝑩𝑳𝑬 𝑭𝑶𝑳𝑳𝑶𝑾𝑺 Blue. Everywhere. She can't escape it. But luckily this time she has more than one person to rely on.
Arguments would be a more common thing now. Will they be able to work it out or will history repeat itself?

VANCE LAID on his stomach, his face smooshed into the pillow. The boy was drowsy and didn't even know where he was. It was dark when he opened his eyes. The boy couldn't feel his body. He felt paralyzed. He tried moving his arm but still failed.
"Someone." He tried to yell but his vocal cords felt strained. "Shit." He cursed quietly, trying to move his head. Surprisingly, he could do that. But unfortunately it didn't do much.
Suddenly, he heard the door open. He really had hope that it was his parents. But it wasn't. It was Mason and Sadie. "Hey curly head." Mason gave a small smile, standing next to his hospital bed. "Where the hell am I?" He tried to speak normally but it came out as a whisper. "The hospital. You were stabbed." Sadie told him, moving a few pieces of hair out of his face.
Vance soon remembered the events that happened. "Is Blue okay?" He asked worriedly. "Yeah. Her head got cut pretty badly but she's awake and being her normal Blue self." Mason tried to lighten the mood. Vance let out a breath at that. "Why can't I move?" He asked. "Vance, you got stabbed." Sadie almost laughed. "So?" Mason and Sadie looked at each other, confused.
"That's a pretty big deal." Sadie continued. "It's just a little stab wound." Vance shrugged it off like it was nothing. That caused Sadie to really wonder what his child hood was like.
"Do you guys know where my parents are?" Vance continued asking questions. "They never... showed up." Mason broke the news to him. His heart sank. "Did someone at least try to call them?" "Loads of times." There was Vance's confirmation. Ben didn't want to be apart of his life even though he came back and Ali didn't care enough to stick around any longer.
Since the boy couldn't get up to take his anger out on something or someone, the emotions flooded his mind more than he wished.
For the first time in awhile, Vance felt tears gather at his water line. "They didn't pick up? Not even once?" His voice barely audible and it cracked just the slightest bit. Sadie shook her head sadly. Vance had it. Tears flooded from his eyes and he couldn't even move.
Sadie's heart broke for him. She couldn't even imagine how he was feeling right now. The blonde climbed into his hospital bed, resting beside him. She put her arm on his lower back where he didn't get stabbed and just laid there. Comforting the boy who (maybe) didn't have any parents in his life.
Vance sobbed. He sobbed almost as much as he had when Blue got shot. The pain he was feeling was unbearable. He couldn't move, his thoughts were getting very loud, and he kept thinking about how he didn't have any parents now.
Sadie softly ran her thumb over his blanket covered back in an attempt to comfort him. Mason sat on the other side, avoiding all the things hooked up to Vance. Mason placed a hand on his lower back too. No one said anything and just let the boy cry. He felt weak. And he hated feeling weak. It was something he dreaded.
After a few minutes, Vance had cried himself to sleep. Sadie had also passed out besides him making Mason the only one awake. Mason had went to the hospital gift shop and bought Sadie a blanket so she didn't have to share with Vance. He laid it over her before taking a seat in the large chair and passing out himself.

Days passed and Blue was released. The first thing she did when they let her get out of bed was running to Vance's room. She was still in her hospital gown and slippers and had the hospital bracelet around her wrist but she didn't care. All she cared about was seeing her boy. And that's exactly what she did.
"Blue! Stop running!" Mandy shouted as her and Colby ran after their daughter. Blue didn't listen. Even after running into a nurse, she made it to the elevator. The girl impatiently hit the button to the next floor. Mandy and Colby successfully made it in the elevator with her.
Blue didn't listen to their protests about her running in a hospital and continued to wait impatiently. Finally, the elevator door opened and she almost ran into a guy getting pushed in a wheelchair.
"Sorry!" She yelled, continuing to run to Vance's room. She looked at all the room numbers before her eyes set on his. She immediately opened the door and saw his face. "Vance!" She shouted, going over to him. The boy was sitting in a wheelchair now. He smiled at her with light in his eyes.
Blue grabbed his face and kissed him passionately. Sadie, who sat in one of the room chairs, smiled at them. Once they pulled apart, they smiled widely at each other. "I missed you." Blue said, looking into his ocean blue eyes. "You were probably happy to shake me off for a bit." The boy joked. Blue didn't laugh.
"Don't ever say that again. It was hell without you." She said, kissing his forehead. "How're you doing?" She asked, sitting on the hospital bed. "Better. I can finally feel my arms." He smiled, wiggling his fingers at her. Blue laughed a bit.
"I'm happy to hear that." During this conversation, Sadie had left the room to give them some time together. She had stuck by Vance since she had first visited him. She felt like she had to.
"My um... my parents kinda... dipped." Blue pinned her eyebrows together until she finally realized. Her stomach sank and her heart ached for him. "Vance... I'm so-." "Don't apologize, Blue. It's not your fault." He cut her off.
"I really wish I could hug you right now." Blue admitted, feeling her eyes gloss over. Vance nodded. "I wish you could." The two talked a bit more. "Wait, whose gonna take care of you now?" She asked. "I'll figure it out." He replied, wheeling himself over to the other side of the bed.
"Need help?" She asked. He nodded and she helped him up into his hospital bed. She let him rest, leaving the room to be greeted with the four. "Ready to go home?" Blue immediately nodded. "We're gonna stay and look after Vance." Sadie told them. The three nodded before going down to the lobby.
Blue had changed into her regular clothes which had never felt better. The ride home was quiet but they enjoyed the silence.
When they got home, Clara surprised Blue. "Welcome home!" She shouted, popping a confetti popper. Blue jumped but smiled, giving Clara a hug. "By the way, Amelia and her friends got caught." Relief flooded through Blue. "Don't know what's gonna go on there but whatever happens, you got me."
The friends hugged before going to Blues room and talked the rest of the day.
