Chapter 8 - Will you go with me to the Christmas Ball?

Ross's pov

Rest of the day was good. We had each period together except Spanish, so it was fun.

~ after school ~

Ross: So how was Spanish? (I smiled.)

Laura: Great, I met Marco there. He is such a nice boy. (She smiled back.)

Ross: So you likes him? (I said smirking, but inside I was just praying her to say "no")

Laura: Umm...Okey, maybe a little.

Ross: I am happy for you. (I went to her and hugged her, but I was so sad. Okey, maybe I have some feelings to Laura.)

Laura: Thanks Ross, means a lot. (She hugged me back.)

Ross: Okey, do you wanna meet at my place at 5 to do our homework?

Laura: Yes, of course.

The rest of the walk was quiet. Then we just said our "See ya later" and Laura then left.

~ At 4:50 ~

~ Someone knocking on the door. ~

Stormie: Riker, can you get it?

Riker: Of course.

Ross: No. I'll get it. I guess it will be Laura.

I went open the door. Of course, there was Laura.

Laura: Hi. (She smiled.)

Ross: Hi. (I smiled back.) Okey, I guess we'll go to my room, yeah?

Laura: Yes, I guess.

Riker: What are you going to do in Ross's room? (He said smirking.)

Laura: Safe sex. (Laura said, thinking of what will they say and I was burning in laugh inside.)

Everyone: WHAT?!?! (They said shocked.)

Stormie: Guys, I hope you know the rules. No sex in the house!

Rydel: My little brother is growing up so fast.

We started to laugh as idiots as everyone else were looking at us with shocked face.

Ross: Guys don't worry, it's the name of the project. We aren't gonna do it. We aren't together. (I said still laughing.)

Rocky: Oh gosh I was really thinking you are gonna lose your virginy right now in this house!

Stormie: Yeah, me too. I know you guys are smart and you're not gonna do it that early.

Ross: (I blushed.) Mummy, I said, we aren't together and I guess we're not gonna be. We are friends. (I smiled.)

Stormie: Okey then. (She smiled back and we went to my room.)

~ In Ross's room. ~

Laura: So...we are gonna do it on computer, yeah?

Ross: If you want. I think it's better.

Laura: Okey.

I took my notebook and sat on the bed.

Laura: Can I maybe sit next to you to see on the notebook?

Ross: Yes, of course, I am sorry.

Laura then sat on the bed right next to me and we started that project.

Ross: Ok, so....what to use to protect yourself?

Laura: Haha, I think that protection. (She giggled.)

Ross: Smart girl. (I giggled too.) And which kind of protection? (I smirked.)

Laura: What about condom? (She smirked too.)

Ross: Yeah, you're such a smart person. (We both started to laugh.)

When we were all done, I was about to ask Laura something.

Ross: Laura, can I ask you something? (I said nervously.)

Laura: Yes, of course. (She smiled.)

Ross: You know.....on weekend will be that Christmas Ball....I mean....don't you wanna maybe go there with me? (I smiled still nervous.)

Laura: (She looked down sadly.) Umm..Ross...I mean...Marco already asked me. And I....said yes....TO BE COUNTINUED....
