Barbara walked outside the bathroom sceptical.

It was a good thing wasn't it?

It wasn't the first time, it sure would be a good thing.

But maybe he didn't want more.

Maybe two were enough.

One time, way before Larissa and Marc were born, they told each other everything.

And Mario said he wanted a huge family.

As her thoughts seemed to go away, she walked inside the living room where her husband and children were playing, building castles with bricks.

She took a deep breath and thought We're married after all! If he doesn't want more, I can easily take the children and leave.

"Mum look what we made!" Larissa told her the minute she realized she was there.

"That's really impressive... Bravo!" Barbara replied smiling.

"Dad said we will make the tallest castle IN THE WORLD!!" Marc shouted excited.

Her babies were two energetic little monsters that never stopped running or shouting.

She really did love that, but sometimes it was just enough...

"Did he?" She said smirking. "Well then you'll need to do it, dad!"

Her husband looked at her and smiled.

"I will, and you will be the queen in it."

"Aw..."

"But dad! You said I'd be the queen!" Little Larissa cried.

"No sweetie your mother is the queen."

"NO! I AM!"

"Queens are old and fat. You will be the princess, the daughter of the queen, the most beautiful girl in the world." Mario whispered inside his daughter's tiny ear.

"Yaayyy!" The little girl cheered, while clapping her hands.

"Dad give me that brick." Marc said and as his father gave it to him he put it on top of their castle.

That brick seemed to be the heavier in their castle and the whole building tore down in milliseconds.

"My castle! Now I don't have a castle to be the princess of!" The little baby girl complained.

"We'll build another one sweetheart, it's fine!" Mario said trying to comfort his sad daughter.

"Children, do you want a new castle or a new friend?" Barbara finally spoke.

"A castle!"

"A friend!"

"No! I don't want a friend, I want a castle!" Larissa cried again.

"But if you don't have a friend, who are you going to share your castle with?"

"No one! I want it for me! I am the princess and no one will take my place!"

"If you are a princess, who will obey your rules?"

"Dad and Marc."

"Are they enough for Your Majesty?"

"No, nothing is enough for My Majesty!"

"Then you'll need at least another friend, right?"

"Um yeah I guess so..."

"Good, in about 6 months you'll have one."

Mario, who had not participated in their conversation in a while looked at his wife surprised.

"Was? What do you mean in 6 months?"

"In 24 weeks."

His face lit up and hugged Barbara.

"Mom, will our new friend be a boy or a girl?" Marc asked breaking the couple's moment.

"We don't know yet baby, we'll find out in a couple of months okay?"

"Okay." He said and smiled.

After all, the really were happy for that little bump that grew in Barbara's body.

And they couldn't wait to meet it in person.
