Memories -- Carl Jenkinson

A/N: Let's just all imagine Jenko is back at Arsenal because he's bae. Okay? Okay.

Today was the day. It was your 7-year anniversary with your boyfriend. Seven years ago that day he politely asked you to be his girlfriend, when the two of you were just some high-school kids. Seven years after that day, here you where, still dating that cute guy. Thank God he wasn't that freckled shy guy anymore, he had grown up and became a little gentleman. 

"Good morning babe" He said while opening the window curtains and letting light some inside your bedroom.

"Mmm... Morning." You said while opening your eyes.

"Come on, get up, I've got a surprise for you!" He said smiling.

"Okay..." You said confused.

You knew he was capable of anything in order to impress people, so you had no idea what this might be.

You got dressed after a while and he took you to your old neighbourhood. You were both raised there and knew each other since then. However, you actually got together seven years ago. He didn't stop there, he drove his car a few metres away and left it there. You came out of the car and walked a bit more. Suddenly you saw a playground; your playground. This was the place where you two first met when you were toddlers. He didn't speak and moved towards the swing set.

"Remember?" He said.

"How could I forget?" You said smiling.

You were three. your grandma had taken you out to play in the playground. You were playing around when you started wanting to go on the swing. The problem was that a little boy was sitting there, too.

"Can I sit here?" You politely asked.

He didn't reply, he just looked at you.

"Yes." He said after a while. "My name is Carl, and you?"

"Y/N" You said shyly.

"That's a nice name... Do you want to be friends, Y/N?"

"Yeah!" You said happily and started playing with him.

"No, I love you more."

Awww just imagine a young Carl asking to be friends with you.... Like seriously, I can't even!!!! Anyways, that's it yay! Finally finished my Carl Jenkinson oneshot and it took a while tbh. I wrote this during Chemistry and Politics lol. Not that I'm concentrated on the lesson anyways, so this was a fun way to spend my time! I've also got some news for you, Cristiano won Ballon d'Or. I'm probably the last to say it, bc it's been 3 days but whatevahhhhh... Neuer should have won because why not? It would be interesting haha! Ooh and happy birthday Marc and Eric Bartra!!! Leaving to Athens in Saturday so I won't be posting anything until maybe Wednesday or even Tuesday, I'll see. I'm having a History test tomorrow so I need to actually study. Damn :( We're doing some things about Greece after the 1821 revolution and I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON!! One last thing, the next oneshot will be for my best friend Vasiliki which unfortunately hasn't got an account on Wattpad but who cares I'm still doing it. It will be about Greek midfielder Panagiotis Kone playing for Udinese. I'll try really hard to not have any jokes or expressions in Greek that suck in English, if I do, sorry :P I'll also write a few on the bus to Athens so pleaseeee request if you want, it will surely make my day :) Btw the road trip is 9 hours long, what are we gonna do? I've started talking a lottttt lottt lotttt again sorry I need to stop that, but vote and comment please :) I hope you liked it :)
