~~~sleep embraced me~~~
A little girl with a green bracelet stared with a frown though the window at her friends who laughed at her, tears pricking the corners of her dark eyes. She banged on the glass window, the rain soaking her dark curly hair, she desperately wished for her "friends" to let her in, but all they did was laugh...
'The puppet will let me in, right?' She thought with a glimmer of hope shining in her eyes, but it faded when she saw the puppets box covered in presents that shook as it tried to escape with no avail.
Tears streamed down her cheeks. "Guys just let me in!" She whimpered, but they began to walk away, leaving her. She heard the motor of a car approaching, and she prayed that it was her father...
But her father didn't drive a purple car...
Charlie's eyes widened as the car approached slowly, she hit the window harder. "GUYS PLEASE." She yelled in her young voice, the car stopped behind her,  "LET ME BACK IN!!!" The car door opened, revealing a tall dark figure, the gloomy clouds not allowing the girl to see his face.
He approached her as Charlie looked around frantically, trying to think of how to escape.
"Don't even try to run Charlotte." the man said in a thick British accent.  'Wait... I recognize that voice' she thought. As the man got closer she saw his face, his strange grey eyes that seemed to glow, and his sickly pale skin that had a purplish hue to it. He seemed to sway slightly as he walked, as if he was intoxicated, while he grinned.
"Mr. W-William? Why a-are you h-here-?" Charlie stuttered nervously, shivering from the cold rain.
His smile dropped as he pulled something out of his back pocket. "Your father has made me very upset..." he spoke, the object he held glistening, making Charlie freeze up with fear.
"And now I'm going to take some revenge."
A malicious grin spread across his face as he took a step closer.
"Starting with you."
He plunged the knife into her bottom jaw before she could scream, dragging the blade through her throat as blood gushed out of her neck and was washed away into the storm drains. He dragged her body to the back of the building, leaving the body by the dumpsters carelessly.
...
The Security Puppet pushed its hardest against the lid of the box, as it finally felt the top come off, presents being knocked off of the lid from the force.
It quickly emerged from the box, searching for the green bracelet, but it was no where in sight.
The puppet followed the faint signal that the bracelet gave off, opening the door yo the outside.
It didn't care if the rain would ruin it, it knew it's programming and there was only one thing running through its mechanical mind.
Save Them
The rain seeped into the marionette's circuits as it continued to follow the signal, movements being slowed by the rain. At last, the child with the green bracelet was found.
She was laying down in a twisted position, an endless river of blood seemed to come from her face.
With the last of the marionette's power, it crawled to the body of the girl, laying beside her, before the puppet died along side of her, water flooding it's electronics.
The puppet's once happy face was now covered with purple streaks for tears.
Her tears.
As a forever reminder of the pain she suffered.
