I sent him a weird look."You do...?" I tilted my head.
"Yeah.. kinda. I remember you always carried that little rabbit plush around." He had a reminiscent look in his eyes as he ..smiled? I had never seen him make a face like that, it wasn't quite a smirk.
"I remember counting the children at the tables, and placing the cake on your table. It was your...6th birthday? 7th? It was one day I was looking to cause...trouble I guess you could say." He looked up in thought. "My sixth birthday I'm pretty sure. I remember you too." I chuckled with a bittersweet feeling settling within me. He hummed.
I could remember the golden fabric he used to be covered in, both ears perked up with the animatronic's face which held a permanent expression of happiness. At the time I thought it was odd how I could see a man behind the costume, but like most kids, I paid it no mind and just thought of the character as being a rabbit and nothing more. Of course, that mindset didn't last.
"Well I'm pretty sure I saw your face too." I blurted out, feeling stiff all of a sudden.
"What? You did?" Springtrap's head snapped towards me.
I thought for a moment. He hardly looked any different from my dreams, just much younger. "Black hair...grey eyes..." I paused "deathly pale?" I laughed slightly when he looked taken aback. "That's quite close enough."

It was another day at Freddy's for Y/N. She was no stranger to the place after all.
She had been left alone while her parents socialized with other adults, causing them to not pay attention to their daughter as she wandered away.
She knew most of this place by heart, so she was sure she wouldn't get lost.
She skipped down the hallway, away from the normal area for guests. She slowed down when the party rooms left her vision and the place was noticeably darker. It was quite back here.
She saw a large room at the end of the hall, a man sat at that desk, with his head laid down he Renee asleep. She avoided him so that she wouldn't get caught, and changed her pace to tiptoeing. She went back down another hall, seeing a staff only room, that said parts and services. From inside she heard voices.
She crept up to the door which was cracked enough to see through.
"-Make sure you use the crank unless you want to be a bloody mess, literally on stage." A man with an English accent spoke. He stood tall in the room, climbing out of some kind of yellow suit, little Y/N couldn't make it out very well.
"Yeah sure, Will, you're the one who actually forgot it before." Another man grumbled. He seemed to have blonde hair of a darker shade. He was climbing into another yellow suit which she could now see resembled a bear, almost like the Freddy character she knew of."All the more you why should do it when I tell you to, I learn from experience!" The british man who was called" Will" laughed. "Uhh... anyways.. I need some coffee." He was tall and dark haired once he was out of the suit, which she now could see resembled a rabbit. He carefully placed it in the corner of the room. Dusting off his purple shirt, he went towards the door while the other blonde man stood up in the yellow Freddy suit. Y/N skittered away from the door, trying to be quiet but almost tripping made a small thud. She hid behind the door.
"Well I'm going on break, see you in 30." Will said as he turned back into the doorway, leaving as the other man grumbled a reply.
The tall man stepped out of the room, closing the door behind him, which took away Y/N's hiding place. He paused, snapping his head towards her as she cowered from his gaze.
"You.... Aren't-" he started almost anxious sounding, pointing at her as if she was a bug in a kitchen.
He went quiet, blinking as if he was thinking of something.
"Go back to the main area girl. You're not supposed to be back here." He huffed, shooing her away.
She got up and quickly ran back to the main room, scared. She clutched her yellow rabbit plush all along. Whenever she saw the Springbonnie performer, she wondered if that man was under that suit, it gave her chills to think about it.

"Hello???" Springtrap waved a hand in front of her face. "Is your brain there Y/N? Knock knock." He joked. I swatted his hand away, snickering, "Oh shut up, I was remembering something!" He tilted his head, smiling at me with a glint in his eye.
It was quite for a moment, we didn't look away from each other, enjoying that small moment of peace between us. His smile faltered and fell, and quickly looked away, a feeling of odd embarrassment making its way to my face in a red hue.
My skin crawled for a moment and I wasn't sure why, but I felt a fair of eyes on us. I snapped my head to look back behind me. Springtrap also looked back, perhaps feeling the strange feeling.
Just a long dark hallway.
But there in the darkness, two white pinpricks stood out.
Those white dots were attached to big hollow and dark sockets, empty as the remnants of their soul. I could feel the room become suddenly cold; I shivered.
Springtrap turned to look down at me; he was wordless, but she could see a wary look in his eyes. "Someone is watching." He whispered in such a hushed tone that I almost thought I was hearing things, -which wouldn't surprise me considering the setting we were stuck in. "Who? Where are they?" I tried to match his quiet tone. He looked back into the darkness, as I could make out two white pinpricks on a low point of the hallway.
"It's a soul..." Springtrap eyes the darkness.
