A/N: yup I named the chapter after a song. Also I love this song so much rn ^^

I was no longer inside of the house... instead I stood in a field of dark grass and an ominous crimson sky. All around me I could hear the slight whistling of wind, and snapping of branches.

Below the hills, dark trees embroidered the fields. The ground shook and the dirt shifted around me as I backed into a locked door, sweat dripping from my body.

Claws parted the ground, a striped body emerging from the ground following familiar nightmares with festering blisters covering their horrible forms.

"No where left to go Y/N..." a girl's voice spoke from behind a white mask, cracks extending wildly from the wide grin, that was filled with sharp teeth that shown through a veil of shadows within.

"C-Charlie-?" I choked, fear clawing at my throat and seizing my lungs.

"You can't run from us Y/N..."

I clawed at the door behind me as striped tentacles snaked their way around my ankles, yanking me to the ground.

"We will always find you again..."

Tendrils wrapped around my torso and eventually my throat, pinning me tight against the earth as I felt my body breaking with the ground, I gasped for breath but my lungs had been collapsed, and before I knew it I was falling through the ground into the darkness. Purple star like particles began to decorate the area.

I shrieked as I landed in the arms of a tall figure, but I failed to scream when I turned, and to my horror, the familiar rotten creature held me in its arms, staring into my soul.

The same thing that put me in this hospital.

I couldn't scream or move, only stare wide eyed at the jawless rabbit that tightened its grip on me in a painful way.

"I'm sorry..." I thought I heard him croak.

Before I could even breathe he has let me roll out of his arms forward and into charred material, before flames began to rise up around us, burning and blistering my skin while it licked at Springtrap's body, he seemed unfazed as it charred him.

Behind me was a doorway to a field that fire had not touched, I could escape the fire. I almost sprinted out of the flames, but when I heard a pained grunt from behind, I was forced to turn and face the rabbit, who now had dropped to his knees and was shaking slightly as he fell into the fire more and more. Why did I want to help him...? How could I even...

I hesitantly reached a hand out to him, watching as he looked up sadly, reaching out a hand, I grasped his burned hand, pulling him forward. Before he could be relieved from the flames, his body broke apart into ashes, as he became nothing but particles in the wind.

I was in disbelief, but I was snapped out of my shocked state when the flames began to rise to my skin again, singeing my skin painfully. I didn't have time to think and wonder about what had happened, I had to leave this place.

I spun around to run through the doorway, only to be grabbed by tentacles and held back as I saw figures in the doorway. Rotten faces of children's corpses horrified me as a familiar ghost girl stepped forward, wearing a black and white dress.

"Y/N... please don't leave us again... you're our only hope..." Charlie spoke softly.

"Without you..." Susie began.

"We're lost..." the boy Fritz ended.

"Come back to me" a raspy male voice whispered, childish whispering behind the words as my vision went black.

"OR YOU'LL BURN WITH US"

~~~~~~~
I gasped awake, snapping my body upwards to sit up as stabbing pains were suddenly felt in my chest and lungs, forcing me to fall back into bed weakly, tears filling my eyes as I began to choke on tears.
I heard a door open as I attempting to curl up into a fetal position. "Y/N I've got the papers-! Oh- Y-Y/N?" Jeremy's voice sounded disturbed when he saw my shivering form.
"J-Jeremy I-I'm not quitting...I-I'll stay..." I sniffled.
Jeremy's face lit up, "That's great! Haha, those papers weren't actually for quitting anyways..." he mumbled the last part. I huffed, hearing him say that.
"Alright Miss Y/N you're good to go, take it easy for a few weeks though since you're not fully healed. Take care." A nurse kindly waved goodbye to me as I left the hospital. "Hey Y/N, do you have a ride?" I turned to see Jeremy calling out to me.
He was in a black car that looked expensive. Despite my gut telling me not to go with him, I really didn't have many choices at the moment. "No.." I responded, he nodded towards the door. "Hop in, I'll take you to your house." He smirked as I tried to hide my nervousness while climbing into the car, a dull ache present in my chest. "Alright, I'll tell you where to go..." I sighed.
~~~~

I stepped into the building I had hoped to never see again... I could practically feel the desperation of the dead weighing on my shoulders as my shoes clicked through the halls. My eyes never failed to check every corner that passed me, scanning the darkness and shadows for the devils that may lurk. A bitter feeling swelled within me as memories threatened to emerge.

He won't catch me off guard ever again.

It felt like these hallways would never end. I began to hear voices in my mind that couldn't be real...

"Who will save your soul..."

A hum echoed throughout the walls.

"With nowhere else to go..."

I believed my mind was playing tricks on me, but I began to hear the children singing in the halls.

"I know you're alone..."

"With nowhere to call home..."

'I better reboot the ventilation' I thought, a headache beginning as I quickened my pace to the office.
