I was told to follow the rules all my life, and I did.

I was told to train to be an elder, and I did.

And when I was told to stop Sun Wukong, I did.

And now I stand here, with you, and I wonder to myself. Was there something I could have done? An action based on my gut?

Probably not, and to that, I sigh.

So I did what I had to do and changed the clocks.

"Are you ready?"

Macaque looked in the lar gibbons direction, her face with no real expression. He frowns before snapping his fingers at her, which causes her to just snap out of her trance
"they are in there."
her long tail points towards the temple. Macaque nodded and looked at Y/n; there was a look in his eyes, it was almost as if he was concerned, but he kept quiet and watched as she prepares to concentrate on casting her magic.

"It won't be long until we can attack again. Let's hurry." She speaks with her eyes closed.

he laughs a bit, "You said it!" he states confidently before walking closer.

And so Macaque and Y/N charged in. Y/N managed to snap the bubble protecting the kingdom, so Macaque headed straight for the dragon and Mk's group.

"The protection spell..! how can this be!?" The dragon of the east, Ao Guang says in shock before he sees the two monkeys above them, his eyes wide at the sight of the lar gibbon who had her hand reached out; when she tightened her fist, the barrier broke.

Like glass, it shattered, and Ao Guang quickly turned to Mei, who was hopping into the car.

"Go! ill buy you time!"

Mei hesitates before nodding, and they drive away. Before that, though, she looked at Y/N in awe. Would it be a bad time to say how cool She looked!?

She snapped out of it when both monkeys were out of sight.

Wukong follows Mei's eyes. Looking at the powerful monkey who had shattered the shield so easily, he didn't remember her being this strong...

But then again, it's been a while; he abandoned the two for years, and who knows what Macaque did to her. That's what he thinks. He thinks Macaque manipulated her.

He thinks she's a soulless doll who follows orders without hesitation; she's loyal.

Thinking back to when she was the leader of his monkey army, how she followed every Wukong gave her. That was until she began her training. She became rude and no longer easy to manipulate.

When they first met, she was a troublemaker like Wukong and Macaque; she was fun and a free warrior.

Now... He can't tell what she is. One thing for sure is that she is a problem right now.

Ao Guang heads toward the Macaque, but he is then slammed into the stairs by a powerful foot applying pressure to his stomach, making him groan loudly. He opens his eyes after the impact to see an elegant and agile monkey.

"how..!?" Ao Guang asks again, surprised because he didn't even see her. She kept her calm demeanor and moved off him, confused at first, before noticing she moved so Macaque could launch himself towards Ao Guang.

When Y/N moved there, Macaque threw himself onto his body. A slam made the palace shake, and Ao Guang groaned loudly before letting his clones grab his limbs and tie him to a pillar so he couldn't move.

"Not a problem at all..." Her cold voice spoke to Macaque as he raised his arms while smirking, looking at the Dragon of the East, who struggled and glared at the two.
