" Why the hell music is playing in the Auction? Is this auction or party ? " Alec asked .

" Little music is not that bad Alec and it's normal. " Jace replied

They were on the way to auction hall and going down the stairs.

" I don't understand why the hell I am here . It's all your things . I don't want to attend all this boring stuffs. " Alec complained .

" You are here Because Mrs. Lightwood told me to ask you to join. I hope you don't have any question now. " Jace smirked and looked back Alec who shuted the box of complaints .

When they touched the floor of hall Jace turned to see Alec up to down.

" What " Alec narrowed his eyes.

" You know you can wear some normal outfit for special occasions. " Jace told.

" You wear always dark colour and specially black colour. We are not always on funeral Alec . " Jace teased him.

" Shut up Jace .. Is not this enough for you that I am here? " Alec punched on Jace's arm and Jace sighed and nodded his head and he said before turning to walk .

" Just stay little far when I meet people and when they ask me for a photo. " Jace teased him again and started to walk and Alec narrowed his eyes. Alec watched himself up to down .

" Hey .... I am not looking that bad . Okay " he shouted and followed Jace . And it's a fact that whatever Alec wear he always look handsome and always get attention of people around.

Jace was talking to some popular personalities while Alec was holding his hands to his torso looking around . He was noticing people if he know someone but he didn't even see any of them before. Some girls and boys were looking him in amusement and he noticed that and smirked. When he was about to turn his face his eyes caught a familiar figure just by looking back . He loosed his hands from hold and followed the direction where the person was going.

" Yes.. Mr. Smith I will introduce you to him .Alec this is.... " Jace turned to Alec but Alec was not there .

Alec followed him almost running because that person was taking very big steps. When he was very close to that person someone put hand on his shoulder and he looked back .

" What the hell are you doing here ? " It was Jace .

Alec turned again to see the person immediately but he was already disappeared in crowd and lights of the hall. He knew who was that person by inhaling the fragrance of sandalwood perfume where that man walked by.

" Shit !! " he said to himself.

" What ? Are you ok? Wanna go home ? " Jace asked confusingly.

" It's... It's just...nothing. " Alec answered and watching again on the way where that person left.

Everyone were standing around a circle in which a glass box was covered with blue curtain. And when that curtain was raised, everyone's mouth dropped. In front of them was a dazzling diamond necklace with a red pendant in the middle, the beauty of which was unique. Everyone's eyes lightened up.

" What?? We are here for jwellery ? " Alec whispered in Jace's ear ..

" It's not just jwellery Alec.. it's very famous and rare diamond necklace. Izzy told me it belongs to queen of ancient Greek and she was excited to see this . And now I can see why your mom told me to come here . It's so stunning. " Jace was mesmerizing diamond necklace.
