Next day magnus was in his office busy with some new designing work. He was too busy because of past few days he was paying less attention to his work. Obviously the reason was lightwoods and the incidence that were happening since he collided his car with the grumpy Lightwood. He was still so deep in his thoughts while working. He took a break and relaxed his back to the chair and sighed , moving chair left and right side . His finger were playing with pencil in his hand .

" Was it my bad day that day or my luck?" He whispered to himself while moving chair.

He stopped moving chair and playing with pencil when he heard phone rang . He sat straight again and receive the call.

" Hello. Magnus bane is speaking. " He replied with his professional voice.

" Hello? " He said again because he didn't get any reply from other side. Then he could surely say that someone sighed other side and taking deep breath.

" Hello. It's me. "

" You who ? " Magnus asked leaning on the table.

" It's me. Alec . Isabelle's brother. Now got it? " Alec replied with hesitation almost yelled.

Magnus sat straight immediately after hearing it was alec. He suddenly felt thirsty and gulped. Then he just took a deep breath and closed his eyes to start to talk. Of course he first put phone little far so the person couldn't not hear his nervousness.

" Lightwood? What do you want? I'm very sure it's not the day to visit that old fashioned designed police department to give my autograph for free." He annoyingly replied and Alec just rolled his eyes and thought how that soft and professional voice turned in annoyance. Wait soft ? He was kinda enjoying that annoyed magnus. He smirked and replied.

" Well. You already forgot to come yesterday and you know then what happens but from now on I will make sure you will never delay any day and yes for the old fashioned designs of the PD I will hire better interior designer. " He smirked magnus was already annoyed more now. Alec must have heard cursing words now from other side.

" Get to the point. I don't have time to waste on you. "

" You should appreciate your luck that you are wasting your time on Alec lightwood. Not everyone is lucky as you. " He said proudly .

" Bllllaaagggg " magnus just let out a voice and Alec chuckled and shook his head lightly and added.

" Okay. Umm... I... I want you to come with me to school. " He said with hesitation but sounded demanding .

" What ? To school? Look you bunch of attitude, I'm already graduated with the most beautiful professional degree." He said proudly and added.

" And you know we graduate after completing school ? That means Im already done with schools. " the other person just let out a laugh unaudiable.

" I thought you are mature enough to understand questions but I was wrong. " He mocked him .

" I want you to come with me to visit Max. " He continued and Magnus understood now. He calmed and just listened to him.

" I want to sort out things with him. I'm asking you because he likes you and it will be easy if he will see you too. Maybe he will show some mercy on me. " Alec said with calm voice still sounded demanding but magnus could hear sadness in alec's voice.

" Okay. " He replied without thinking.

" Okay? You mean are you coming? " Alec got shocked with that quick response .

" I care for Max and I don't want him to stay away from his family that's why I'm okay. " Magnus replied .

" Wait. How you got my number? " Magnus asked and heard another chuckled sound from Alec.
