They are very loyal to the President of the United States but are sometimes kept out of the public eye due to highly classified stuff. Led by Colonel Augustus Autumn who was first enlisted into the US Army. (Don't worry this Autumn is not like his Fallout counterpart. He is very loyal to the President). With them around, they are dying to get a hand of Neuroi technology.
