The image of him smiling are still stuck inside his head even after washing his face and thoughts away, the innocence of his smile and the way he spoke never changed. The only thing that has change was his height and his overall body built, Renjun's a bit taller than him for about two centimeters—but of course, that was long way ago.
He stares back at his dull black iris. Jeno became more mature—he looks like a fine man now, different from Jeno he met and adores back then.
He's on his way out to the café as he let his friends go first—he just needed a time to take a breath, and soak himself with refreshing water and probably then, he could function well.
Thinking how he would explain everything to his friends or was he ready enough to say so? How he would face them with such burdens? He feels like he just have to say everything and leave and left without any traces—he's having a dilemma of running away again and it's so fucked up.
“Renjun...”
Just one call and he stopped. He has to face him, otherwise he'll be stuck in a loop—he wanted to free himself from everything, and facing the once he left was part of the process. He needed to.
He face him and how he wished his tears are not visible enough for him to see, he smiled—and why does it hurts? He couldn't hold his tears and let them go, as if letting his tears flow is part of the process as well, right, he's freeing himself and so does the tears.
“J-jeno—” his voice cracked, and for the first time after seems like forever, he felt his touch once again—he felt his grip on his arm as he soothes him down.
“It's okay..” Jeno hugged him to calm him down and to hide his teary eyes. “Let's talk and sort everything out, hhmm?” he caressed his back before he released him.
Renjun nod his head though he was looking at the floor, he bit his lower lip to hold himself—it's the audacity if he'll just cry and cry without giving him a proper words he deserves to hear.

“Where have you been?” Haechan asked as soon as Jaemin got closer, but he didn't say anything nor even sat as he just grab his blazer on his seat before he leave.
Jana and Haechan looked at each other confused.
“I thought he went back to check Renjun up?” Jana checked her watch as it's been almost ten minutes since they've been waiting for Renjun.
“What gotten into him to act such?” Haechan whispered to himself but Jana heard it well and clear.
“What's with this circle of friends?” Jana joked but in serious remarks. “Isn't it obvious that my cousin has feelings for Renjun?” she sighed.
Haechan didn't say anything, but it doesn't mean he was oblivious about it—he knows well, but he feels like Renjun was avoiding it on purpose.
“Hey!” Jana wave her hand on Haechan's face to get his attention. “What do you think? Does Renjun aware of those?” Jana wait for some seconds but Haechan didn't say anything nor respond even a bit.
“Am I the only one acting normal in our circle of friends? Like, c'mon! Let's not play hide and seek, Haechan... tell me, or maybe you know something I didn't know?” she squint her eyes and that's when Haechan rolled his eyes on her.
“Jaemin has feelings for Renjun and we both know that for sure, but I feel like Renjun's already had someone...”
“You sure? Could it be the president?” Jana inhale through her teeth as she tilt her head sideways. “There's a high possibility, right?” Jana watched Haechan massaged his nape as he looked away.
