COBRA KAI: The Way of the Fist (Prequel to "COBRA KAI: Clash of the Five Dojos")

CHAPTER 6: "The Alliance (Part 1)."

(1 Week Later…)

Chojun Miyagi finally woke up but he was still in extreme pain. Nariyoshi, Sato and Yukie sat near him, just to make sure that he was getting enough rest. “Father. Are you okay?” Nariyoshi asked in Japanese. (AN: Nariyoshi and Sato speak to Chojun in Japanese because from my knowledge, he didn’t speak English at all.) “I have fought many painful battles. This is nothing.” Chojun replied, weakly. “Sensei, the village has been mostly destroyed and Kim Sung-Yung already has numbers. 

The one we both fought was most likely his best student. What should we do?” Sato asked. “Grab that box on the shelf.” Nariyoshi grabs the small brown box off of the nearby shelf and opens it. In it was a photo of Chojun with an unknown man and read the note next to it. Nariyoshi couldn’t understand it because the words were written in Chinese. 

“Father? Who is this and what does this note say?” Nariyoshi asked, curiously. “That was a very good friend of mine. He taught Kung Fu to his son before he passed away. His son, Han, lives in Beijing, China. Go there and find him, then tell him everything. You’re going to need his help during this war.” Chojun said to his two students and now they knew what to do. 

They bow respectfully and went off to pack up for Beijing, China. After they packed up, Yukie caught up with them at the airport before they left. “Nariyoshi-san! Sato-san! Please be careful. Be safe when you return.” Yukie said, seriously. “Hai.” the two men replied. Yukie hugs the two and takes a ride back to Tomi Village. The two boarded their flight to Beijing and they had a long flight ahead of them. Hopefully they’ll receive a new ally to help them in this war.
