Chapter 22

Jennie was still in hospital as they were still running tests on her while V and the rest were at home when the doorbell rang. Lisa opened the door to policeman who looked like he needed to discuss something important. Lisa invited him in and he took a seat in the living room next to Jungkook who was chopping on carrots. "I have an update on the crash",he said. The others all kept quiet to listen intently to what he wanted to say, however they couldn't focus with continuing sound of Jungkook's bunny like teeth devouring each carrot he picked up.

Lisa gave him one of her wife glares and he immediately got the message and stopped chopping. "As I was saying, one of the medics on the scene came to me and said that the guy who was killed, Kai said something disturbing before his death",he said. "What did Kai say?",Lisa asked. "He said: Nayeon did it",he revealed leaving everyone completely shocked. "Nayeon?",V said trying to process the news.

"Is she here now?",The policeman asked. "No she's gone out officer", Mrs Kim said. "Why would Nayeon have anything against Jennie?", Jungkook asked. "I was hoping you all would know",the officer said as the phone rang. "I'll get it",Jisoo said. She left the room to pick up the phone as the others went on to discuss the recent news. When she came back she had a worried look on her face. "What's wrong Jisoo?", little Ella asked. Everyone looked at her waiting for an answer, "It was the hospital... Jennie's gone missing from the hospital, they think she's been kidnapped".

V got up and immediately grabbed the car keys before the officer stopped him. "Hold on young man you can't handle this on your own",he said. "He's right V we have to stay calm and work together", Jungkook said. V clenched hi fist, but he was calmer. "Call her phone and if you keep  it going for long enough we can track her",the officer said. V took his phone out and called.

V: Hello Jen where are you?

J: V! It's...she kidnapped me and I don't know where we're going...she .... about a lake!

V: You're breaking up Jen...keep the call going as long as you can please we're gonna try to track you...

J: Ok...what if you can't track me what happens then?

V: Nothing because I will find you I promise

J: V...I...love...

V: Hello...hello

"Please tell me you got it",Lisa said looking at the officer. "We got it, but they won't be there forever so let's move fast". V and Jungkook followed the officer outside along with Lisa, Jisoo and Rosé who refused to stay back home.
