(y/n) POV

"So we agree. We'll go to Atlas, and you go to Mysteral." I said, "Yes, but why Atlas? Why won't you come to Mystral with us?" Blake asked, "Weren't you paying attention?!" I asked, "Not even a little." she said, "It's to lure Vale away from potential hostages using live bait." I said as I pointed at Terra, "I don't know how to feel about this." Terra said, "And neither does bait, you're doing fantastic." I said, "Hey! Don't you sass me, boy, I will bend you over my knee!" she said, "Everyone we've trained for this!" Mom said, "Kinky." the others said while my mother looked oddly proud, "Mother, what did we discuss?" I said as I cracked my knuckles, "S-Sweetie, wait we can talk about this!" she pleaded as I dragged her out of the room. "Bad kitty." I said as I dropped her outside and locked the door behind her.

Terra POV

I went to the study to relax and look at some old photo albums to see if I could find a few embarrassing baby pictures of (y/n), but I found the last person I wanted to see again, "You." I growled as Raven looked back with a bottle of wine in hand, "Me...wait! Who are you?!" Raven said drunkenly, "Terra, Terra Pheonix. We went to Beacon together. I briefly dated your brother, who may or may not be the father of my first two children." I said, "Wait I'm an aunt maybe?" she said, "Weren't you already?!" I said, "Ruby doesn't count! She's Summer's kid, not Qrow's! Believe me, I made sure of that." she said confidently, "How?" I asked, "I kicked him in the nards whenever he mentioned Summer. He couldn't get it up for her even if he wanted to!" she laughed, "Good gods you are his sister and his mother." I sighed, "Look at this!" she said as she put a photo album in my face, "I-I made that! That's my kid, that kid's the only good thing I can claim." she said with a smile, "I wish things turned out different, but hey at least he hasn't knocked anyone up yet. He's too young to worry about kids." she said, "Yeah about that..." I said, "Hey you've got quite the belly there, are you pregnant again? Your girls are on my son's team aren't they?" she said sobering up a bit, "Yeah, I am...with your grandchild..." I said, "Why are you reaching for your sword...?" I asked, "You bad touched my baby boy, I'm gonna skin you, carve out your tendons, and then I'll leave you alone, alive, but alone...till the baby's born, then you die." she said, "Ladies and gentlemen she has limits." I said, "I'll give you a minute to waddle away." she said, "No. You're not gonna do a thing to me. Cause (y/n) and I talked about it, we're going to make this work. Age gap or not." I said, "You're a good mom. Tell my son I said hello." she said as she slashed opening a portal, "Not so fast! You have something I need." I said, "What's that?" she asked, "Baby pictures! The more embarrassing the better!" I said, "I have tons, but why do you need them?" she asked, "Wow wasn't expecting you to have any." I said, "It was Tai, he took them all. Gods, he's such a girl, he cried on our first date...we went bowling. But those pictures, while painful, helped after (y/n) ran away." she said as we went through the portal.

(y/n) POV

"Well, the plan's already falling apart!" I said as I caught Lexy, "She's stronger than she looks." Lexy said, "Yeah her semblance lets her convert her emotions into physical strengths, you can tell what she's enhancing by the color of her hair. Red and black is her physical strength and endurance. Blue and pink is speed and stamina. And red and white is everything, but that takes a toll. So here's the new plan, you three run and I'll keep her busy!" I said as I steadied my blade and stance. 'I'll focus on defense for now. And if I find any openings for counterattacks I'll take them, otherwise I'll strike at her legs to slow her down as much as possible.' I thought as she dropped her gauntlets and if she didn't modify their weight from the last time I held them each weighed nearly fifty-five pounds! "Ok so her punches got a little faster, no big deal...why is she bending down." I said as she took off a couple dozen leg weights and then her jacket each making a small crater, "Ok so she's a lot faster...where'd she go." I said as Vale drew the short swords off my back, "Wait right there honey, I'll be back soon." Vale said as she tried to knock me out with the back of the blade, but I blocked. "Darling don't make me hurt you." she warned as I drew my hard light katana, "You will try." I said as our blades clashed.
