[Akshay Meera scene]

One week later, after the accident,

Mia stood at the doorway, clutching a mysterious box in her hands. "Hey, I brought something for you," she said with a sparkle in her eyes.

Curiosity piqued. "What is it?"

With an affectionate smile, Mia stepped inside and handed me the box. "Look, my dear, I know about your back scars, so I carefully chose something appropriate and comfortable for you."

Undeterred by my surprise, Mia opened the box, revealing a mesmerizing dress. As I examined the outfit, a mix of emotions washed over me. It was elegant, simple, yet radiating.

"Wow, Mia, that's incredibly kind of you. Thank you, but Mia, I can't accept this," I protested, feeling overwhelmed by her generosity. "It's so thoughtful, but..."

"My dear, this outfit was selected with your well-being in mind. I know you would do the same for someone you care about. Please accept it as a appreciation for all you have done for Shakshi's children."

"Okay, okay," I nodded.

(Time Skip-Evening)

During the week, my parents' presence filled my home with warmth and joy. We spent precious moments together, enjoying meals, watching movies, engaging in heartfelt conversations, and sharing laughter.

As the morning arrived, my parents had an early morning flight. I booked the cab, but Mrs. Oberoi insisted on meeting and sending a driver.

"So, what happened, you all must be thinking? Mrs. Oberoi arranged a breakfast meeting with them in person during their stay. They had come to my apartment for a get-together, but I had to leave for the office, so I didn't know what they exchanged in talks.

My parents were surprised to know that they were influential figures. At first, they told me to keep my distance, but when they met them, they were yet again surprised by their kind nature."

Emotions welled up within me as I bid them farewell, grateful for the incredible time we had shared.

I completed my final preparations, locking the door to my apartment before making my way to the elevator.

As I appeared into the open expanse of the parking lot, my eyes were at once drawn to him. There he stood, a striking figure amid the rows of cars, his presence commanding attention. Clad in his tuxedo, that made my heart skip a beat. It was as if the world around me faded into insignificance, leaving only him standing there.

I glanced around and noticed a subtle change in the atmosphere. The security team, ever watchful, seemed even more cautious and alert than before.

Our eyes met, and although I couldn't understand his expression, I watched as he removed his glasses, revealing a pair of eyes that seemed to penetrate deep into my soul.
