Spiders and the Moonless Night

For a few days now I've been going to the Feudal Era in order to train with my sword after school I've learned a bit more but I know I still have much I need to learn in order to use it to its full potential

But then one weekend I just stayed in the past so I could train as much as I could but when Kagome came back she told me about how the spirit of a girl had caused quite a bit of trouble back home. But regardless the situation had been handled and now we were off to find more jewel shards in the past.

Currently Inuyasha, Shippo, Kagome and I were all on a raft on a river just floating along and I'll admit I kind of dozed off a bit. Well until I heard a splash and I got a few drops of water on my face

"Huh" I said looking around

Soon we rested on a river bank nearby since Inuyasha saved a girl from falling in to the river from a cliff since she was being chased by some kind of demon

"A demon called a spider head?" I said with a thinking look then I shivered a bit

"Huh what's wrong with you?" Inuyasha asked and I just looked slightly nervous

"Oh uh nothing" I said

"Hey look it's a spider!" Shippo said and I jumped about five feet in the air

"Inuyasha kill it kill it kill it!" I yelled hiding behind him and he just blinked as Shippo started to laugh "That's not funny!" I yelled as I picked up Shippo by his tail and I had a slightly demonic look on my face "tell me Shippo do you like to swim?" I asked holding him above the rushing waters of the river.

"Ryu that's enough" Kagome said and I sighed I dropped Shippo on to the bank and walked back to where I was

"So you're afraid of spiders?" Inuyasha said and I felt my shoulders twitch slightly

"kind of" I admitted "though it all started from a dream I had as a child" I said closing my eyes as I brought my knees up to my chest "though I doubt you'd care for it, but it is said that my family was once cursed by a demon in ancient times, these times to be exact, a demon that took the appearance of a spider from time to time. A curse that has been lifted from our family until I returned to this time where the demon is still alive and until the demon is killed every time I return here the curse is upon me as well." I said with a sigh

"Curse huh?" Kagome said

"Hn who cares let's just find some jewel shards already" Inuyasha said annoyed

But then eventually Kagome managed to convince Inuyasha to help out the locals of the mountains in their little spider head problem so we took the girl back to her temple were we met a monk.

Eventually we were allowed to stay the night though Inuyasha was acting rather strange about it like something was going to happen but he didn't want to tell us what.

At one point we were all eating but Inuyasha hadn't touched his food
