We have been traveling for a while now but nothing has really shown up but then one day.
"Another battle field" Kagome said with a sigh and I looked at the scene of dead bodies
"Something about it doesn't seem right" I said calmly and the boys nodded
"She's right, it doesn't smell of blood" Inuyasha said and I looked almost surprised
"Then it was most likely caused by a powerful demon probably possessing a jewel shard" Miroku said
"Let's get one thing straight I have no intention of teaming up with you to find the jewel shards nor do I intend to share them with you" Inuyasha said
"Very well then I shall be on my way" Miroku said
"I'll go too" I said to the others and they looked surprised "I feel that this will end with us all meeting up again but he is my ancestor I can't let him be killed or else I won't exist"
"Fine then go" Inuyasha said and I bowed slightly to him
"I'll see you two later, be safe my friends" I said as I ran after Miroku "Hey wait up" I said
"Huh" Miroku said then I tripped over a rock and fell on my face
"Ok that was stupid" I said sitting up with a hand on my face as I tried to whip off the dirt then I found a hand in my face
"Here let me help you up" Miroku said smiling and I smiled back as he helped me up.
"Thank you" I said
Eventually though we reached a village but Miroku stopped at the market and bought some clothes
"Here change in to these they will make you appear to be a priestess and people will be less skeptical around you" Miroku said and I agreed as we went in to a forest and he kept watch to make sure no one would peep on me. And soon I walked out wearing an outfit similar to what Kaede and Kikyo wore only where theirs was red mine is Purple. And when I walked out with my long hair in a low ponytail like Kikyo's but of course my hair was Dark Brown.
"How does it look?" I asked cautiously as I held a bag that had my clothing and other things in it
"You look like a true priestess" Miroku said smiling "come then Lady Ryu we must got to the palace"
"The palace?" I asked confused.
Later around night fall
"An exorcism?" palace guards asked
"Yes" I said "I can sense a dark shadow hanging over these lands and it grows strongest above your Palace" I said acting like a trained priestess as Miroku was my escorting monk
