When a total of three days had passed since Jia's arrival, Jisung knew he was so close to being ready. He had barely slept, working on overdrive while he attained all of the information that he needed to. He very quickly made up with an apologetic Seungmin, both of them throwing their all into their newly-related side project. It was easier to manage, simply because Jia was not as well protected as the President. Uncovering her secrets didn't take nearly as much time, even with her father being a Japanese politician and the President's friend.

Finding the missing pieces to Jia's story helped fill in a lot of gaps they needed for their main goal, and Seungmin and Jisung couldn't be more excited... and nervous. Both boys were incredibly tired, incredibly overworked, and incredibly hungry by the time the fourth day arrived. With maybe an hour of sleep, Jisung had decided to go make breakfast for everyone so that he had the energy to move forward with his plan for the day.

One hour later, Jisung had readied two trays of fresh cinnamon rolls, one massive stack of breakfast burritos- all sectioned out based on who would enjoy the different kinds, and two large bowls of freshly cut and washed fruit set out on the table. Luckily, his friends had started pouring in the second they smelled breakfast being made, meaning he didn't have to text the majority of them.

Even Minho had made his out of his room, avoiding eye contact with everyone- including his boyfriend. Jisung didn't mind, or take it personally, since he knew that everything around them was wearing him down like an endless storm. While everyone began to sit down, another door opened from upstairs- rendering everyone at the table quiet.

"That smells amazing. What are we having?" Jia asked, stepping out in a silky white nightgown.

"You can have cereal when the rest of the group is finished eating. Back into your room, you fucking insipid gremlin," Jisung said, snapping his head in her direction. After very little sleep, and finding out everything he now knew about her, he had zero patience left when it came to Jia.

"How many times do I have to tell you-"

"Door frame- four inches above the handle." Jisung said loudly enough for her to hear, taking a deep breath as he reached forward for a knife on the kitchen counter.

"Excuse me? What the fuck does that even mean?" The girl asked, obvious annoyance and confusion lacing both her tone and facial features.

"When training, I picked up one skill faster than the others." Jisung said, tossing the knife up into his hand, lightly, before pulling his arm back, lowering his gaze, and releasing the build-up he had created to throw the knife upstairs, directly into the door's frame- four inches above the handle. "I don't miss. And I have no problem making a girl my target. Equality and all that shit."

She tried to maintain her composure, but her wide eyes and repeatedly closing-and-parting lips betrayed her, quickly. "I- You can't hurt me. That's an empty threat."

Jisung sighed, rolling his shoulder as it had stung after the single throw. He desperately just wanted his arm fully healed, but there was still a lingering, dull pain that was taking much longer than anyone thought.

"Hm... and does the President know about June 17th?"

All eyes glanced back and forth between the deadly glare shared by Jia and Jisung. Seungmin knew what his friend was referencing, but did not expect Jisung to bring it up, quite yet. The rest of the group was blissfully unaware of the meaning behind the date. Without saying a word, Jia licked her trembling bottom lip in a mixture of frustration and fear, and went back into her room, slamming the door behind her and leaving the knife stably perched in its frame.
