Chapter 16 || bully

Her pov:

6:25 am Tuesday.

My alarm rang and I got up with full energy for the first time in my life. I woke up with a smile on my face. I did a little dance while going to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth, put moisturizer on my face, and went to dress up. Today decided to wear black leggings and that new light brown hoodie that Harden bought for me. I went to my desk where my makeup bag was and did a mini makeup, mascara, concealer, and lip balm. I went to the bathroom again and brushed my hair.

I went downstairs and took my water bottle. I went outside and James was already waiting but I didn't see Cami. I sat down in the car in the front and asked James where was Cami.

,, Where Cami?'' I asked.

,, Got super sick and can't come to school'' He said turning on the car and driving off my house.

,, Wanna you and your boyfriend sit together with us at lunch?'' he asked me again. I was in shock because he acted like nothing happened yesterday! And me here can't even look at him anymore.

,, Pretty please, love'' He begged me.

,, Fine, also he's not my boyfriend, he's just a good friend'' I said. I looked at him and he was with no reaction. After I told him this all this time we drove to school we didn't talk anymore. I went alone to school and started looking for Harden, I spotted him sitting near his locker and checking his phone. I waved at him and he spotted me. I went near him and his smile got wider.

,, Hello my princess'' He said. Getting up from the floor and giving me a deep hug.

,, Ugh I missed you so much, how's my princess slept tonight?'' He asked, the way he adds,,me'' to my nickname just makes me smile more, I don't love him or something, but he's a very good friend to me. 

,, I slept great, thanks to you sleeping princess'' I said opening my locker and taking books.

,, Oh and James invited you to sit with them at lunch'' I said walking to the class. He gave me another hug and said that we definitely need to come and check some drama. I never get too many hugs, I think I need them. But no one gives them to me. Plus I don't too because I'm scared they start yelling or get mad at me for hugging them. I love Harden as a friend, he helped me to fix my life in a month. Now that's what I mean a great friend. He gives me every day another reason to like him more and more.

Lunchtime came and we looked for them we spotted them eating at one table and went near them.  There were popular guys who bully me the most I was scared so I sat down far from them. They all looked at me but most Elian and James. They were all eating and Harden joined them. I didn't eat my lunch and just leaned into the wall and read a book. James was across the table and I could feel he is looking at me. Harden sat next to me to him sat Mason and Colden and near James Elion, Elion and James were looking straight at me like they can't wait to eat me like I'm some kind of burger. They distracted me so much that I don't understand the book anymore, so I stopped reading and just sat straight and looked at everyone who talking to each other. Harden talked too, I was happy he's finding friends.

Later James pushed some gummy bears mini pack to me, and with his eyes, he said to eat them. Of course, I didn't eat them but later on, he stepped on my foot and did again that face to eat it before I kill you. So I ate the whole pack. Lunchtime ended and we got back to different classes. I went to art class so Harden wasn't with me, sadly. But Mason, Elion, and Colden were. All lesson they were poking at me and kicking the chair. Called me whore, ugly, dumb, and more. After class, while I was packing they came close to me and spilled paint on me. I was all colorful and they laughed about it. Later they took my arm and I stood up My face was so near Elion but then he pushed me on the floor and Mason and Colden started kicking me. Later they left and I was still laying on the floor crawled into the ball and cried. Later I hear shouting my name. Someone opened the door shouting my name I didn't see who it was because it was too painful to lift my head. Two shadows came near me shouting my name. One shadow lifts me and the other helps him. It was James and Harden. ames the one holding me and Harden helping him.

They both were super shocked looking at me if I'm still alive or breathing. They were brushing off my hair from my face and looking if I react. They both shout to not pass out ad stay awake. I wish I was dead already on this floor, all the pain would disappear and I wouldn't need to listen to them shouting to stay awake. I want to die. I want to be dead already.

,, Scarlet, who the fuck did this to you?!!'' He shouted so loud that my ears hurt.

,, Scarlet, listen I'm gonna kill those people who did this to you!'' James shouted while taking me out of the room and the school. It went all blurry and didn't even hear anything. My ears were buzzing and couldn't hear. It hurts everywhere in my body. My legs, my arms, my head, my belly, everywhere. I heard James saying to Harden to take me and sit down in his car while James will drive to the hospital. I never knew Beating up can lead you to the hospital. When Dad beat me up no one cared, no one took me to the hospital even tho I couldn't breathe. This kicking wasn't that bad like Dad's. That's all I remember.

I woke up in the hospital. I was surrounded by James, Harden, Elion, Mason, and Colden. I got super scared that I started moving my hands and shouting to get out.

,, SAY FUCKING SORRY!'' James shouted at them. they looked at me and all said sorry to me. The closer I look at their faces, they all had big bruises on their faces. They were terrified. After apologizing they all went home and I was confused as fuck. How the fuck James found out they beat me up. What was even happening here? I looked over Harden who was sitting near me looking at me with a worried face.

,, What happened?'' I asked sitting down. 

,, Scarlet, you have a broken arm, and have deep bruises on your belly'' Harden said looking at my arm. It was actually broken. How badly they kicked me that they broke my arm? 

,, After Harden asked me where you were, because you never came out of the class, we started looking for you around the school until we found you in art class laying on the floor not moving'' He said but continued.

,, We thought you were dead, you were covered in blood and a lot of bruises, later we took you to the hospital and they said you have a broken arm'' James said while taking  deep breaths of sadness.

,, God Scarlet, you looked horrible, you looked so dead to us you barely breathe'' Harden finally spoke.

Later that day I slept and they slept with me together putting their heads on my legs. They both held my hands and knocked me out. I fell asleep later too, but now I just woke up it was super dark, and night stars and the moon brighten the room full of nothing but sadness.

When I tell you I want to die, believe me, I actually wanna die.
