There is an on flood of memories with the horrible tragic way the both of them had died right before Jisoo pulled away and felt tears stained on her cheeks.
She looked down at Jennie and Jennie quickly held her face. "Jisoo? H-How did this?" She started sobbing and wrapped her arms around Jisoo's neck in a tight hug.
Jisoo buried her face into Jennie's neck and sobbed, "Y-You're alive! You're here! With me! I thought....I though after we both fell off the cliff.... I thought I would never see you again!"
Jennie nodded and pulled away. "Oh! Jisoo! My love! W-we're here! Together! In so many years into the future!"
Jennie swallowed. "My father is different."
Jisoo nodded. "We'll adjust. We'll figure out what to do with these memories. But for right now I just want to be with you." She held her face and kissed her again with such longing and passion that would not be there for a first kiss.
Jennie held her face and kissed her back with as much love and yearning in her own heart.
When they finally pulled away a few minutes later, they still didn't let go of each other.
"Jennie....my love. We can be together now."
Jennie pulled away with a horrified expression. "Does....does Junmyeon....does he know?"
Jisoo blinked. "How would he?"
Jennie shook her head. "I don't know. But he acts very....very different. Slightly than before. Did you notice anything?"
Jisoo snapped her fingers. "I heard him say the other day that he knew it was you. He said, 'It's her'!"
Jennie covered her hand over her mouth.
"What are we going to do? He followed us even here. Is the same thing going to happen again?"
Jisoo shook her head. "No. I won't let it. We got a second chance and I'm not going to give it up without a fight."
Jennie shook her head this time. "No...don't die. Not again."
She gave Jisoo another hug and Jisoo doesn't let go.
They never want to let go of each other again.
••••••••••
An hour later, with dinner forgotten, they sat in the couch together with the recliner up.
Jisoo had her arm around Jennie's shoulders and Jennie had her head leaned into Jisoo's shoulder.
Their hands were clasped and fingers laced together between them.
"My mom....is Rosie. My best friend," Jennie laughed. "Can you believe it? She got reincarnated as my best friend. I'm happy about that."
Jisoo nodded. "Yes. And Lisa became my manager. My friend as well but sometimes it crosses over."
"Do you think they'll finally be able to be together in this life? Openly?"
Jisoo nodded. "Openly? Yes. But they don't remember like we do. So....in this life.... it just matters if they want to pursue it or not."
"Oh they will! I'm sure of it! Lisa is head over heels for Rosie!"
Jisoo grinned. "I noticed that too. Lisa just needs some guts."
Jennie looked up at her. "Should we help them?"
Jisoo shook her head. "No. Let it progress naturally. It will be better that way. If something happens due to our interference, then I don't know how I could forgive myself."
