Hey everyone! I've been gone for a very long time and I've kept you waiting. I'm going to upload more chapters in the future, and I'd try to be consistent with it now that I have the time. Thank you for still reading and I'm deeply sorry for not updating for a very long time. Anyways enjoy!

The Gielbert Family, notorious for their illegal activities, had arrived at the clandestine auction house under the cloak of darkness. Fully aware of the dangers that lay ahead, they meticulously concealed their identities with enchanted masks that prevented recognition. Disguised, they took their seats in the VIP section, elevated above the grand stadium, eagerly awaiting the commencement of the auction.

Meanwhile, behind the scenes, the backstage buzzed with activity. Creatures of various origins—elves, sirens, dwarves, and more—were held captive as merchandise, their pleas for freedom muffled by the iron doors of their cells. The auction's manager, a cruel figure known as the Slave Merchant, directed his staff in preparing the enslaved beings for the sale.

Amidst the chaos, the manager's temper flared. "Stop their incessant crying! We can't afford any slip-ups tonight!" he bellowed, his voice laced with irritation. Frustration gnawed at him as he inspected a damaged product—a young werewolf cub with a reddened cheek. The cub retaliated when being transferred, biting one of the staff members. "Deal with that later," the slave merchant muttered, his mind focused on the impending auction.

Leaving the backstage turmoil, the slave merchant stepped into the stadium, seizing the opportunity to introduce himself to the crowd. As he took center stage, a hush fell upon the audience, their eyes fixed on the man who profited from the suffering of others.

"Welcome, esteemed guests," the slave merchant began, his voice dripping with false charm. "Tonight, we present to you a remarkable collection of beings, each unique in their abilities and allure. Our first offering is a she-elf, a paragon of beauty and grace." He went on to extol her virtues, explaining how she was a perfect fit for the role of a pleasure slave.

In another VIP room, Vincent and Erik, masked and incognito, observed the proceedings. They shared a common goal: to bring down the Gielberts and put an end to their vile empire. Vincent, whose heart burned with righteous fury, struggled to restrain his primal instincts. His eyes betrayed his bloodlust, mirroring his desire to avenge the atrocities committed by the Gielberts against his kind. Erik, though equally resolute, reminded Vincent of the plan they had carefully devised—a plan that required patience and secrecy.

As the auction commenced, the bids escalated, and the room filled with the murmurs of potential buyers, their hunger for dominance palpable. Vincent's fangs strained against the restraints of his composure, while Erik, understanding his comrade's inner turmoil, offered silent reassurance.

Amongst the tension and anticipation, the story of each creature up for sale unfolded through whispered conversations and snippets of dialogue. Tales of stolen freedom, broken spirits, and shattered lives wove together, creating an intricate tapestry of despair. Vincent's heart burned hotter with each account, the weight of justice on his shoulders.

As the word spread through the room of the Gielberts' presence, a subtle panic began to take hold. Vincent's eyes met Erik's, a shared understanding passing between them. It was time to initiate their plan and lock down the auction house, preventing any chance of escape for their enemies.

However, in Vincent's heart, a bitter conflict raged. As Stephen's mate, his love for his partner demanded restraint and control. Erik, too, harbored his own grievances against the Gielberts, driven by the pain inflicted upon Seth, his companion. Together, they harnessed their seething rage, channeling it into a focused determination to dismantle the Gielbert influence and bring justice to the enslaved beings.
