The preparations for the relay race were going smoothly so far for our class as we had a few great athletic people among us. Sudo being the obvious choice was told to start by Kushida who really took a central role in all of this. She made us all run 100m, 200m, 300m and 400m dashes to determine which of us were just pace with limited stamina and the others being able to maintain a constant pace while not dropping their stamina. I requested to be the anchor for our class as I was able to successfully run all dashes no one objected to my request. I wanted the anchor spot as I'm sure he will choose the same and then we will be able to go at it fully without worrying about giving the baton to our teammates.

After a few days of preparation we arrived at the final day where we had to finalize who was going to run in what position. At first not a lot of people wanted to participate in this race as this race held high risks for the individual that was partaking in it but after Sudo's speech we were all more motivated then ever:

"Come on guys do you really want to back out just because there is explosion on the line? Do you all just want to remain Class D forever? Or do you want to climb up and crush the other classes so we can stop living on free food and accessories that are provided for us and actually enjoy our life here with the points that we have earned as a class? Besides don't we always face the danger of expulsion in almost every special exam on way or another so what's different this time around? You guys don't have to worry those who will run with me I will make sure to give our team the biggest lead out of all the classes, now COME ON CLASS D THIS IS OUR EXAM WHOSE WITH ME!!!!!

"YEAH!!!!" We all yelled in unison

Our list became finalized on the last day by Kushida, the four runners were: Sudo, Onodera despite what a lot of boys in our class were thinking even if she was a girl Onodera was fast, faster than most boys in our year and a brilliant runner who could manage her stamina quite well, at third was Kushida who wasn't a slow runner by any means and now she worked on getting even faster and lastly was me at the anchor but I didn't care about my responsibilities as the anchor all I wanted was an all out match with him nothing else.

The reason why we had two girls and two boys on our team was due to Chabashira sensei informing us that the team had to consist of an even number of boys and girls on the second last day of preparations, I hate when the school decides to inform us of new information midway through an exam.

Day of the race:

We were all out on the track today as the races were about to begin, the third years race was taking place first and then second and lastly it was ours. I saw him there he was in the exact position as I had predicted, Horikita Manabu was the anchor of his team.

The race had begun for the third years and as excepted Class A was in the lead from the very start with Class B slightly behind this continued for a while until the baton was passed to the third person in the race it was then that Class B took a huge lead i assume their fastest runner was put at third because no one else seemed to catch up to him. Soon he passed the baton to their anchor and Class B was already racing towards the finish line. A little while after the baton was passed to Horikita Manabu and as soon as the baton touched his hand he zoomed through the track cutting the wind smoothly as he accelerated. I had never seen anyone go as fast as him before in my life it was as he was commanding the wind to push him forward faster and faster he slowly but surely caught up to the runner in Class B.

"No freaking way!!!"

"Did he just cover that much distance in such a short time"

"So fast!!!"

The whole school sung praises for Horikita Manabu and his amazing feat which he had just pulled.

The race ended shortly with Horikita Manabu securing the victory for Class A. As he was coming back to the tents that were set up by the school for runners he was stopped by another upperclassman.
