Chapter 10: Strange Movement

Maid: "The Master's calling us"

Ford: "What's it about?"

Maid: "I'm not obligated to tell you"

The maid walked away.

With that, Ford starts heading to the meeting room, and Arias stops him-

Arias: "Ford!"

Ford: "fair lady? What do you need?"

Ford never addressed Arias by her name, he would always call her 'fair lady'.

Arias didn't really like that Ford called her that, but she couldn't stop him.

Arias: "Seriously?! There's no stopping you is there?"

Ford: "Nope! You will always be my fair lady!"

Ford: "So did you need something?"

Arias: "Do you happen to know what this meeting is about?"

Ford shook his head as if to say "no".

Arias: "Oh..."

Arias was worried

Arias: "Do you think it's something bad?"

Ford: "I can only hope not.."

Ford: "We should go now"

Ford and Arias continued to the meeting room

Upon entering, The Master greeted Ford and Arias-

Master: "why hellooooooo Ms. Arias! You toooooo Ford!"

Ford: "why did you call this meeting?"

Master: "Already asking questions?"

The Master's smile faded, as he said-

Master: "you will find out.."

Ford, Arias, Rosey, and the Maid all sat down. Ford was surprised to see Ladis with them.

Ford: "Ladis?"

Ladis: "Oh hey, Ford!"

Ladis was the knight who always guarded the entrance to the Castle, but he attended the meeting...

"What could this meeting be about?" Ford thought to himself.

Just as Ford was about to speak up, the master said-

Master: "I called this meeting to report straaaange movement In the nearby forest..."

Ford: "you know what's out there?"

Master: "I do not. But it could be someone planning to invade the caaaaaastle"

Ford: "Why are people always trying to Invade this castle??"

Master: "Because of Ms. Arias"

Ford looked up at the master, angry-

Ford: "Don't give me that crap! She has nothing to do with this!"

Ford snapped at the master.

Ford was in love with Arias, so he would always defend her.

Arias: "Ford, stop!"

Arias joined in the conversation..

Arias: "It is me.."

Arias was right, It was her. Since she was the princess, everybody wanted to capture her..

Ford: "Is it because you're a princess??"

Arias closed her eyes and said-

Arias: "yes..."

Master: "So, let's continue, shall weeeeee?"

The master continued to explain details of the strange movement.

Master: "It is unknown what they look like, but they were spotted by the guards moving around the wall of the caaaaaastle"

Ford: "What are we supposed to do?"

Master: "Yooooouuuu are not to do anything. We wiiiiiiiilllllll handle this"

Ford: "are you kidding me?!"

Arias: "no! You are to stay here! This is too dangerous for you!"

Ford: "I want to help though..."

Arias: "I'm sorry, but I don't want you to get hurt.."

Ford: "Fine...."

Ford closed his eyes.

Arias put her hands on his shoulder, and said-

Arias: "Thank you, I'll be okay."

The master continued the meeting-

Master: "We won't do annnnyyyything until further nooooootice."

Master: "they haven't moved from their location yet.."

After the meeting was over, Ford headed to his room-

Ford: "I have to help Arias. I'll have to stop the Invaders before they try anything..."

Ford walked to his room, hung the dreamcatcher up, and tried going to sleep, but he kept thinking of the Invaders..

Ford: "I have to go now..."

Ford got up, made sure everyone was asleep, and headed outside.

He ran into Ladis-

Ladis: "Ford?"

Ford: "I'm going to stop the Invaders. Don't tell Arias.."

Ladis sighed, and said-

Ladis: "Fine, I'm going to bed now anyway.. I'll keep the gate unlocked for you."

Ford: "Thanks!"

Ford proceeded to the forest, but something felt off...

Suddenly, a huge gust of wind blew straight towards Ford. He turned around, but before he could say anything

Ford: "——?!"

He flew head first into a tree

Master: "I called this meeting to give our new guest a proooooper welcome!"

Ford: "back here?!"

Ford said quietly, so no one could hear him.

He had Reset to 1 week before the meeting about the strange movement.
