"Nice to meet you!" I say.
"Are you serious BJ?" Cora says
"Yeah, what about it? Do you not like her?"BJ says while his face is tightening.
"Of course, I don't like her BJ. Look at her! She doesn't even know the reason you came here, does she?"
"Yes, I do! We have to finish our school project, this is the reason we came here." I say.
I can't believe she talked about me like I am some kind of clueless rich girl that doesn't know what is happening outside her little bubble.
"No, Blair" BJ says, grabbing me by the waist to comfort me. I back up.
"What are you talking about?"
"Tell her BJ" Theo says.
"What does he need to tell me?" I say
"My dad just got arrested for stealing large amounts of money from your family. This is the real reason we came here. Your dad is going to kill me to get the answers he wants, so that is why I made you come here, it wasn't that difficult, you wanted to come with me."
I take a few steps away from them.
The realization hits me.
My breathing shorteners and I look down at my hands.
My hands, my hands are shaking.
