You woke up at 2 a.m. You did your normal routine, get dressed, in the same outfit as two days ago, work out till 5:00, read till 6:30, then you went downstairs. You felt really sad about yesterday. "Hi, honey, how's it going?" Susan asked. Billy was sitting, eating, and Susan was cooking in the kitchen. "Excuse me?" you asked, "Did you just call me 'Honey'?" "Yes." she nodded. "Never. Ever. Ever. Call me that again. If you call me 'honey', people are gonna call you 'dead'." Billy was watching the whole thing. "Anyway," she changed the subject, "Sorry Edward couldn't come yesterday." "What do you mean?" your heart skipped a beat. "Well, Dustin told Billy who told me-" "Dustin and Billy are out of their damn minds." You corrected. "So, Edward did come last night?" Susan asked, getting on your nerves. "I would shove those words back down your throat, and never open your mouth again," you said. You left and picked up Dustin.
Once outside, you hopped on the motorcycle. "Can we stop at the library?" Dustin asked. "Sure." you sighed, throwing him his helmet. He put the helmet on, got on the motorcycle, and you started driving. You dropped Dustin off at the library and went to the police station. You walked in, no Hopper. "Need something?" Powell asked. "Yeah, Hopper's not around, is he?" "I'm afraid he just left," he told you. "Oh, OK, can you tell him I said hi, that I love him, and I'll see him tomorrow?" "Sure thing." he nodded.
You drove to the library, picked Dustin up, and went to school. You went to class, but, for some reason, Dustin was late. Dustin told Max, Will, Mike, Lucas, and you to meet him at the AV club at lunch. "Why me?" you thought.
You met in the AV club at lunch. Dustin apparently discovered a pollywog-type thing. Will seemed a little freaked out about it. You were interested but had a bad feeling about it. You met after school in the AV club too. It was dramatic. The thing grew. The thing was from the upside down. The thing got lost. You all spent at least an hour looking for it. Then Will found it. But then Will was gone and so was it.
