You all eventually found Will in the ball field after his mom came to the school. He was having another episode. He woke up after a few minutes of shaking and begging from his mother.
His mother took him home. You took Dustin home. Everyone else biked home. Once you got to your house, you went to your room and read till 1:00 a.m., then went to bed. You woke up at 2:00 a.m., did your workout till 5, got dressed, in the same thing as yesterday, and read till 6:30. You called the police station. "Hawkins Police-" "Is Hopper in yet?" you asked. "I'm afraid not." the male voice said over the phone before you hung up. Then, you called your brother, Eddie. He picked up right away. "Hello." he greeted. "Hi Ed, it's Blades," you said. "Hey, how you doin'?" he asked. "I'm fine... can I come over today?" you responded. "Yeah, yeah, sure." he agreed. "See you...after school?" you asked. "Yeah, see ya," he replied before hanging up.
You smiled happily before throwing a few things in your backpack and going outside. "Coming, Dustin?" you called before shutting the door. "Coming!" you heard him yell from inside. You drove straight to school. Dustin ran off, while you just walked to the first period, science. You were kinda out of it for the rest of the day.
You saw Max and Lucas fighting after school. You broke up the fight and gave Max a 10-second lecture about Mike and Lucas being jerks.
You dropped Dustin off at home, then went to your house. You went to your room and threw a few extra things in. Neil walked in and gave you a deadly glare. He yelled at you and beat you. You never cried when this happened, it was normal.
You went outside. "Where you goin'?" Billy asked. "Places," you stated. "Where. Are. You. Going?" he asked again. "If I tell you, will you fuck off?" you replied before he nodded and gave a sarcastic eye roll, "I'm goin' to see Eddie." You drove off.
You got to Eddie's house. He was by himself. You came to the door and knocked. "Come in!" he hollered from inside. You slowly walked in. "Hey." Eddie greeted. You ran and hugged him, making him tumble onto the couch behind him. "I missed you so so so so much," you said, your voice muffled by his chest. "Yeah, I missed you too." he smiled, "So I was thinking, maybe we could play guitar for...an hour, till it gets dark, then we could watch 'Bennett's War', 'The Gray Man', and 'Morbius'. Then you could get home for school tomorrow." "Really?" you grinned from ear to ear, "I love you so much, you're the best." And you did all of that. You both skated, watched the three movies, then talked for a bit.
You and Eddie had a very strong sibling bond. A bond that was hard to get. You argued as kids, sure, but after a minute or two, you would both realize how boring it is without the other. Nothing on the planet Earth could embarrass you or him. You even take showers together, as weird as it is. "So how's school?" Eddie asked after you finished all 3 movies. "It's good, but I'm kinda confused," you replied. "Hmm?" he hummed in response. "I thought school was supposed to be hard." You both just looked at each other and burst out laughing. You were up till midnight, talking about random shit. "Can I stay tonight?" you asked. "Yeah, of course. You wanna sleep with me in my room?" he replied. "Wanna hear me read for an hour?" you responded. "Sure."
You both went to Eddie's room, you read to Eddie for an hour, then went to sleep at 1:00.
