He felt dizzy.

Everything was a mass of blur around him.

Hands thightly gripped onto the cold, hard surface, as he towered over it. Head feeling heavy whilst warm tears slid down on his, cold swollen cheecks.

He hated this feeling. The feeling of choking and always feeling a lump deep down his throat.

Fuck this sickness. Why is this even a thing?

Why he has to suffer because of someone else?

Why is his fault that someone he loves can't return their damned feelings back?

Why suffering only by simply crying over them wasn't enough alone? Why flowers had to bloom inside his throat, chocking him so cruelly every single time when he realized...

His love.

The one his heart belongs to...Won't love him back..ever.

Can't he just find someone else to love? For why is this had to be so difficult?

Felix was his friend. Moreover a very great one to him.

Their friendship went great, no anything bad went between.

Expect Hyunjin recently felt more than a simple friend towards the mentioned freckled beauty. Out of everything his biggest problem were these feelings he had for him which kept increasing just like the handful of flowers in his throat that led his days into a living hell.

And how did this exactly happened?

Felix got a boyfriend and he announced it so cheerfuly to everyone, including to him as well.
This was the first ever time when Hyunjin received a weird feeling bloom inside him and that feeling was anything but near by good.

He felt dreadful especially because he never experienced something similar to this before. Even the younger boy noticed how pale he looked and less energetic compared to the previous times.

Though Felix couldn't spend much time with him because of his newcome relationship. However the blonde still managed to call him and check on him whenever he could.
Just like any caring and great friend would do.

Hyunjin's state was lame, had no motivation to do anything beside laying in his room all day long, being all drained out and depressed.

This has happened a few times until the aussie got enough and dragged the ravenette out of his comfort zone, bringing him to a doctor.

Examinations followed examinations. Even the experts barerly could tell what was the problem.
Then one day he got a sudden call from one of the doctor he went to and got told he has a very rare disease.

Hanahaki.

A sickness caused by an unrequited love, where the victim coughs up petals and flowers from a plant which intensly keeps growing on their lungs, decreasing the way of breathing.

And the more he got's rejected verbally or non verbally, the plant will just keep grow more immensely inside him and manages to kill him after a while in case something won't magically happens to stop the torture.
