Astrid left the pack with the other wolf disgust written all over his face. "How can they cower when Loki killed their leader, their friends and their family!"
Astrid turned to the young wolf "What is your name warrior?"
"My name is Juniper. And I am no warrior."
Astrid turned to her "you are now." Juniper looked on in silence as they trekked back to their old den. Loki's pack was huge and the two of them stood no chance against them but with the moon on their side they might. " Here is the plan." Astrid said turning to Juniper "we take out their scouts first so we can sneak in then we aim for Loki once he is dead we release his pack to go back to their own homes." Jupiter nodded in agreement.
They didn't have to wait long. Twigs snapped as the scouts approached. Astrid turned to Juniper and whispered, "Wait till they get in sight then attack and don't give them a chance to cry out." suddenly the rabbit appeared '' Wait, Astrid these are friends from your pack let them join you they are to be trusted." Again pity was in his eyes and then he turned to dust. Juniper looked on ready to pounce apparently having not seen nor heard the rabbit. "Wait, Juniper, they are friends." she turned.
"How do you know that?" she asked
"A friend."
She looked confused. "But no one is here but us and the scouts."
"Remember dear friend, the moon is on our side."
