Previously: Jade woke up all alone. Her brother was no longer beside her on the couch. He didn't even leave behind a letter. Her father had come home but he wasn't there so he must have headed out again. She put on her track outfit and headed out the door for a late night jog.Sports/Night Outfit: Black & hot pink tracksuit, matching pants, jacket and sport gloves with velcro straps on the wrist. The jacket has a hood, pink inside and zipper. The back has Aizawa written in gold above a pink star outlined with black. Baggy black t-shirt with a random gothic design. Hot pink high top sneakers with gold eyelets, black laces, and black soles with small gold stripes. Pack of smokes in the inside pocket.
Jade turned the corner and stopped jogging. She stepped into a dark alleyway. She climbed up the side of the building with her sticky hands. She pulled herself up to the rooftop and stood there on the ledge. The moon in the sky was being obscured by the clouds in the sky. She pulled out her pack of smokes and placed one in the corner of her mouth. She exhaled the smoke into the cold air.
Meanwhile somewhere else:
Hitoshi Shinso was hanging at a certain bar on the edge of town. He was laughing and making jokes with two very dangerous kids around his age. He walked towards the door and suggested he go and find a hero to play with for the night.
Aizawa was chatting amongst very dangerous men with toxic and dark personalities. They were just about to head out to find a new toy to play with for the night. They were debating if they wanted a civilian or hero to play with tonight.
Jade was sitting with one knee on the ledge and one hanging off the edge. She inhaled the smoke and nicotine deeply into her lungs as she stared directly up at the starry night. The cloud of toxic smoke took the form of a skull. "I wonder if this next school year is going to be any different than my already miserable life?" She didn't have any tears to shed. Her soul was dark and gloomy. Her heart was already broken. She felt nothing but the nicotine intoxicating her lungs.
Shinso ran towards a group of low tier heroes screaming out for help. They asked him if he was alright. He grinned widely as their eyes glazed over. "Follow me." He walked towards an isolated place and released the heroes. They were met with a knife to the throat and flesh melting blue flames. The two villains gave Shinso a high and low five. He was finally being praised for using his villainous quirk. He smiled happily with pride.
Aizawa aka Snake Eyes halted the female hero in place with his real erasure quirk called Neutralize. She couldn't even speak without his permission. She was at his mercy. His long black hair changed into snakes like Medusa. He reached out towards her laughing at her misery and fear. He walked away a little satisfied but still hungry for more. The female hero's body was used in the most disgusting ways possible. He also strangled her death as he tormented her physically and mentally.
Jade flicked her cigarette bud into the street and pushed off the ledge. She landed gracefully on the ground as she used a few strands of web to descend slowly. She shoved her hands in her pocket and pulled up her hood as she walked down the dimly lit sidewalk.
The scent of burnt rubber reached her nostrils as she walked past a dark alley. She glanced over to the left only to see three figures standing in the darkness chatting. One of them was still on fire with blue flames. A potential future of events played out in her mind. She leaned up against the side of the building and listened in on their conversation. "I'm looking forward to seeing my sister crumble in despair this next school year." "You really are one sick kid, Shin. What did she do deserve your spiteful hatred?" "What did she do? Nothing really. I just hate her being so positive. Her smile makes me want to punch her face. Her clinging to me makes me want to break her arms. And not to mention, my dad doesn't even look my way. All because of her. I hate her very existence. If it wasn't for her. My life would be relaxing." "Wow, Shin! She really does sound like the worst!" A bubbly girl exclaimed. "Now I want to meet this bitch sister of yours! Haha!" The deep gravelly voice spoke up.
Jade sprinted deeper into the city feeling out of sorts. She lost sense of time as her vision became blurry. Her lungs expanded and tightened up as her breathing became erratic. "My Brother hates me? This can't be real, right? I was dreaming, right? It can't be true…" Her legs quit working mid sprint. They gave out beneath her and she fell onto her face. She skidded on the concrete sidewalk and got a road burn. She winched slightly as she pushed herself up. She was on her knees looking down at her torn up gloves. "I lost another brother?" She still had no tears to shed. She didn't think she could feel anymore empty but she was wrong. "He mentioned something about dad caring about me more than him?" She tried to stand up but she fell to one knee. "My big brother is just like me. He's hiding behind a mask." She forced herself to stand and wobbled towards the intersection. She exhaled deeply as she brushed off her clothes. "I guess, I'll leave him alone."
The next day:
Jade walked down stairs and placed a mask over her face. She greeted her big brother and the cats with a bright smile. She grabbed a mug from the cabinet and got her morning coffee. As she had her back to him. He was glaring at her with disgust and disdain. She used the reflection of her cup to see this, last night wasn't a dream after all. She turned around and yawned. She gulped down the coffee and then set her mug in the sink. She was dressed in her casual clothes and had her sling bag over her shoulder. "See ya later bro." She waved at him and walked towards the door. "Where are you going?" He asked in a tired tone. "Just to the arcade." "Do you want me to come with you?" "I don't want to bother you so early. Maybe next time when you are less tired." She smiled brightly and then left promptly. She sighed heavily on the other side of the door while he scoffed disgustedly.
Jade walked up to the archway of the school of her dreams. At least when she was a little kid. "I wish I could feel like a kid again. I don't even know how to smile genuinely anymore. I'm so used to smile just for the sake of it. I'm probably just as bad as the fake heroes out there." She walked up to the intercom and pressed the button. "Yes? May I help you?" The voice was from a gentle and kind person. "I'm the daughter of Shouta Aizawa. I'm here to speak to my dad. I don't know if that's okay. If it's not, I'll go." "Just a second." She leaned up against the wall and listened to some music to pass the time. The metallic doors opened and a scruffy man stepped out looking left and right for his daughter. "Honey, are you alright? Why are you here, asking for me?" She turned to face him. Her eyes were glazed over for a split second. He noticed this little detail but said nothing. She smiled brightly at him and ran towards him. "Dad!" He felt her still and steady touch change to something more shaky and hyper. "I'm sorry for interrupting your work, I just wanted to see if you wanted to go to the movies with me tonight." She took a step back and looked up into his tired eyes. "That's not all of course. I have to tell you something regarding Shinso." His body tensed up for a few seconds. "What about your brother?" "First you have to agree to take me to the movies tonight." She grinned widely. He relaxed slightly. He ruffled her short shaggy hair and gave her a slight smirk,"Alright we'll go tonight. It seems like I have no choice but to say yes. If I want to hear what you have to say." She celebrated joyfully on the outside and behind her mask she said,"His body tensed up at the sound of my brother's name. Which means that his heartfelt love for me is stronger. Then what he feels about Shinso. His words I heard yesterday were confirmed to be true." Aizawa smelled the scent of smoke on her breath. "What did that damn brat do to my precious little princess? Did he supply her with cigarettes to smoke? I swear if he corrupted my darling daughter, I'll break his legs." Behind his mask he was grimacing.
