Carmen's pov:
It's October 23rd, and I'm walking to lunch with Eddie and Lee.
"Did you guys hear about the video?" Zammy asks, running up to me Eddie and Lee.
"No what video?" I ask her, she pulls out her phone and shows me a bit of it.
"Eww turn it off." I say, pushing the screen away from me.
"No way, someone got a s*x video leaked." Lee says, laughing.
"Yeah, that's crazy on another level. Who was it?" Eddie asks, Zammy puts her phone away.
"It's some girl named Deedee, she's a scientist at WCKD. " Zammy says, I look at her.
"And who was in the video?" I ask her.
This Deedee girl sounds crazy.
"It's some boy I don't know, but she was doing it for money." Zammy says, I look at her in shock.
"She filmed it?" I asked, Zammy nods.
"Everyone has been talking about it." Zammy says.
I need to tell Kayla, Reya, and Nina.
We get to lunch me Eddie and Lee just talk.
"I guess when you need money that what you have to do." Lee says, I nod in agreement.
"I'm desperate for money but not that desperate, I would just use my five finger discount." I say waving my fingers. Lee and Eddie let out a chuckle.
"I hope you get caught." Eddie says, laughing at me.
When it's dinner time the whole place eats together so ima bout to tell Kayla and Reya now.
"Kayla." I say to her.
"Wait I need to tell you guys something." She says, she's smiling really big.
"Okay, but what i have to tell you is crazyyyy." I say to her.
"Okay, I did something for Jordan." Kayla says, signing and pointing at Jordan. He smiles, and signs.
'Really?' With a big smile on his face.
"Yes, I payed for you to have a cochlear implant ." She says as Kenzie smiles.
"Really?" He and Jordan smile and look at each other.
"How did you do that?" Kenzie asked, Kayla shrugged.
"But you'll get them in a few weeks." Kayla says to him, he smiles so much. And he's so excited.
"Did you know about this?" Kenzie asks me. I Shake my head.
"I had no idea but that's great." I say to her.
"And I'm still going to sign don't worry." I say signing to them as I giggle a little. Kenzie then Hugs me. I giggle and hug back.
"That's crazy, how did you pay?" Eddie asks, Lee and him just kept on asking questions.
Kayla just shrugged.
"You'll never know. "She says, smiling.
"But what did you want to say!" Kayla asks me, everyone turns to me, even Amari. Amari pays no attention to me, he's mainly into Kayla.
"Some girl got her... video leaked." Eddie blurts out. I smack him.
"I wanted to say that!" I whine. Rolling my eyes.
"Sorry." He says, Kayla starts laughing.
"No way!" She says, Kenzie gives me a look.
"What are you talking about?" She asks, i look at her with wide eyes.
"He meant nothing." I say smiling she clearly knows I'm lying but I'm not telling her what it means.
